It's 8:30p 12.5.23 at the two employees working provided the kindest customer service I've ever received. literally wanted me to tear up from how nice they were - and this hour? Wow. The female employee also helped me on the phone before I drove over and she was so upbeat, welcoming, kind and informative. What a gem. Thank you, I will be back

Sisi and miles are really friendly and they helped me feel safe when a creepy dude followed me in the store. They gave me a coupon and offered to walk me out/call security bc he was still there when I was trying to leave. They’re awesome!

I've been to a lot of Hot Topics in my life but this one is the best I've been to, customer service-wise. Specifically, Serenity and Dean were extremely friendly and helpful in telling me about deals and helping to find what I was looking for. Great job, Hot Topic Milpitas.

Do they really have to make the customers feel uncomfortable by standing/following you in every section of the store you walk to? I can't shop with workers staring into the aisle I'm trying to browse with my partner. It's super obvious because they just pop right into the aisle and not do anything. And by the way, I won't buy anything if you're going to keep staring thinking I'm some sort of shoplifter. LET CUSTOMERS SHOP AND LEAVE THEM TO BROWSE. Even after you buy stuff their workers will follow you thinking you're going to steal. They also don't ask if you need help or anything, so they already have an idea of who might steal. That's why you get the silent treatment, AND you get your very own personal worker that stares and follows you while you shop! Great customer service for their "luxury" hot topic items.

I drove to this store because it had a shirt I wanted, but I wanted to try it on and see how it fits. I come to the store the service is good and they have the shirts, but it's so disappointing they didn't have a fitting room available. The whole reason I drove further was to be able to try the shirt on... I would've just ordered online if I knew I wasn't going to be able to see how it fits. I kind of eyeballed it and went with a size but I don't like the fit.. I'm probably going to end up returning it and don't want to take a chance on another size and end up returning it again. Kind of disappointing..

This place is like any other Hot Topic, however, the staff members are kinder than any I've seen. They're always open to helping you, and will greet you with a smile when you first walk in. Though the items are quite overpriced, it's a good place to visit once in a while.

This location will always be a favorite of mine even though they aren't the largest around or have the greatest selection of items. The employees here are always friendly and willing to assist and will take the time to help you find specific items. I like to come here for Hot Topic exclusives but the clearance section is actually pretty decent considering that it's just one small area of the store.

Overall great customer experience, the store was so incredibly organized and clean--perfect shopping conditions. Walked out with some cute tops that I had no intention of buying, but could not resist.

It's alright tbh. I mostly go there to check their anime merchandise and they were pretty good. Kinda overprice on most stuff but everything else there is good.

This review should of been 4 stars, But no-, Have any of you , Upon entering the store, Get bombarded by 4 or even 5 associates all at the same time,Wlecoming you and asking you IF you need help finding anything?, Well - that's exactly why it's only 3 stars. Jesus people! Trying too hard a bit to much? Maybe what they need is to back off a bit and let Customers actually "shop" for change, Cause honestly , It's the sole reason why I dread going there.
