Even the security guard has such a positive attitude and is welcoming.Mynette assisted us since the start, we were looking for an engagement ring and she immediately asked our price range. Once we told her, she showed us the rings within our range and we fell in love with the black diamond ring!The whole process went smoothly until the end. Would 100% recommend this place. I recently visited this location to pick up a ring for my mother for Christmas. I was helped out by Ranielle who was very helpful in choosing out a perfect ring for my mom. My boyfriend and I entered to get his watch battery replaced. Not only did I get my watch battery replaced as well, but during the waiting period, Rui was very welcoming and pleasant as we observed the jewelery. She was kind, personable, and professional. She was helpful with open to giving the space and time, as well as providing prices when needed. I felt comfortable in the environment. I would definitely recommend them for sure if in the Bay Area. My Movado's battery was dead and I needed it repaired, the Diamond Ring Co. I bought it from in pleasanton had closed down so I came here and upon entry Arabella was warm and helpful. I thought I had a longer warranty than I actually did but Aracelie hooked me up for free despite the warranty expiring. Thanks Aracelie for the help and the GREAT, Warm ENERGY. Best ever place to invest the gold and diamonds that you can trust , Merlyn and Ranielle are very helpful and very nice and have patience to customers. This place is a joke and they pulling major scams and screwing people's credit. I went in to look at chains and compare pricing I got at highline and the lady just kept trying to get us to sign up with synchrony bank. I pay cash and she kept insisting I just sign up to get approved and I told her why pay more in interest when I can cash out now for a deal. The price for the same exact chain here was 3k more then the other spot and she kept telling me to just sign up for credit and then get more stuff. Watch out they act like scammers and try to get you credit and then max you out. Pay cash

Excellent customer service and stand behind their word! We got married 1 1/2 yr. ago. We got our lovely rings there. After wearing about a year, one of my small diamond felt off on my ring. . I brought it back to them. They replaced the new diamond in for me the same day. Wow, excellent service! They were very nice and didn’t give me any problem at all! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whom want to get jewelry for their love ones. Thanks again!
