I have used Red Star Medical for almost 8 years, the service is amazing and extremely affordable. Paddy is very professional, he goes above and beyond for his customers with communication and follow up that is on point. I have used Red Star Medical in many practices and I have highly recommend them to other practice managers throughout Ireland.

The person who helped us is very accommodating. They have lots of stocks in their shop. They do rental and sales. Parking is in rear. Definitely recommending this place.

I have a patient on hospice care who had a hospital bed through red star we changed the hospice company the patient was with cuz their service was very below average. Red star shows up at my door with no call or prior warning for the bed. I explained that the patient is still in the bed and if we can arrange for them to be billed through the new hospice not only was the manager Tom unwilling to work something out he didnt even wanna hear what I had to say. I asked if they can plez come back later on in the day so I can have time to work something out cuz it was 830am on a Saturday they refused. We had to scramble to get a bed ridden patient who is in hospice care out of the bed cuz they had to take it right then and there. I am literally in shock and speechless right now. With a 97 year old bed ridden hospice patient and no proper bed to put her in.

My father had surgery and needed a wheelchair. The gentleman working here (I think he owned the place) was so helpful! He helped me pick the right equipment, he also helped me assemble the wheelchair and even helped me take it to my car. Thank you so much for your help & kindness.- Sara
