Easy to rent, great customer service, very good cars and even they offer a ride if you are local.

I rented car here under insurance coverage, until I find out one week later, it’s charging on my personal credit card.
On the day of rental, I explicitly communicated with two gentlemen in the shop about insurance coverage. They both confirmed they wound inform me if I need to pay out of pocket, or anything need my corporation.
Additionally, the insurance daily price is higher than listed price on hertz web. I asked why, they said my insurance daily rental premium is high enough to cover it, so I don’t need to worry.

The interior of the rental car was dirty. The attendant seemed unconcerned and didn’t even bother to look inside the car and address my concern. Had to take the vehicle to the car wash and even found garbage under the seats. I usually rent from Enterprise with no issues, and would recommend others do the same. I’ll avoid Hertz in the future, and I definitely would not recommend renting from this location.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Upon helping my husband turn in a car after work - I work in TK and I didn’t get a chance to use a bathroom break at work.
I got there and asked politely if I could use the ladies room. He said, no but you can walk to Jack in the box. Wherever that was! I wasn’t going to buy anything at Jack in the box but as a paying customer there, a quick reaction break seemed reasonable. It was just rude. Granted I was in jeans and a hoodie and probably had school paint on my cheek so maybe he is an elitist but it was soooo rude. The rental was fine but customer service is awful.

My experience with this location has always been great. We’ve rented a few cars and every time the woman who helps us goes above and beyond to make sure were happy with our rentals.

I have never seen anyone as rude as this lady at front counter she had no idea what she was doing I ask to speak to her superior and she refused I will. Ever rent a car from them and I hope whoever is in charge will make sure to have a friendly customer service at the counter or they are gonna loose lots of money

90% of my car rentals have been through Hertz. Not this location. I will never rent from here, even if it is the last car rental location on the planet. It's no wonder that the Enterprise right down the street has 10x better reviews. You call in to this location to ask if they have a vehicle available from a specific class and the rep at the store, without a care in the world, quickly replies with, "nope, go rent it from John Wayne Airport." Oh I see, so as opposed to telling me perhaps what would be available from the closest class you basically tell me to go away, we don't have what you need. Impeccable customer service, lemme tell ya. This isn't the first time this happens either. I really wanted to give Hertz the benefit of the doubt after the first time it happened and wadaya know, same attitude, same response. Well done Hertz. Keep losing customers.
