I had an excellent experience working with Sue Chen at H&R Block. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, including how certain decisions would impact my taxes in the following year. Sue was not only friendly and professional, but also very responsive, even after my taxes were filed. Her ongoing support and attention to detail gave me great peace of mind. I would absolutely go back to Sue and highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding tax service.

My experience at H&R Block was quick, easy, and informative. My tax associate Jane Pulse was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy helping me file my taxes. I would come back here next year, and would recommend this location to all. Thank you!

I am new to this area and have had my taxes done by an H&R Block representative for quite a while in my home state of Illinois. Don't come here, it's a waste of time. My tax "pro" did not know how to do my taxes and when she ran into confusion I asked her to ask someone else in the office & she said " I know what I'm doing, I've been doing this for 7 years" clearly not. She also skipped over many questions regarding tax breaks and I had to bring them to her attention. I left without finishing and will not be returning to this location.

i came back because of SUE CHIN i used her last year and was very impressed with her . My appt was a mess the first time i tryed to fined where she was. They tryed to get me someone else and i insisted i wanted her and onloy her to do my taxes. When i finally found her i booked my appt with her. She was very professinal and i was very impressed with her work. She was very patient and helped me a lot.
