We used Kwik Kopy after finding out that half of our headshots went missing. The staff at Kwik Kopy was incredibly helpful and the quality and cost of the printing were fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with their services!

Fantastic! Customer service is great, they gave me a proof before printing my 75 handbooks, and made the changes I needed without any extra fees. They were courteous and professional. The printing came out great at a reasonable price. So happy with the final product!!!!

It's always a fantastic experience at Kwik Kopy, especially when working with Bill. I've been to this copy center dozens of times and Bill has consistently gone out of his way to help me with complex documents and a manuscript I've been working on over the last six months. Bill is a top-notch professional and fun to work with.

I have a tradeshow coming up, and if you have ever executed one, you know the lead up is stressful and things always pop up last minute, we was the case for our company. I had several displays and printouts I needed to get ready in 48 hours and the Kwik Kopy team hit it out of the park. Great team of people, friendly, responsive and very good at what they do. I think this location is very unorganized. They took my flash drive and said they had the files and I even double checked. I went back to pick it up the next day and they said they didn't have them. ?? They also said they called me multiple times and left multiple messages to let me know and this is not true. My phone log is the truth teller. They called me once and left no voicemail messages. We tested it when I was there and my voicemail worked just fine. I don't think it's malicious, they seem like decent people. it's just not a level of service that most people expect. I don't recommend. Going to another printer for this job.

They were able to design a great poster with the pics I provided, add text, and put a nice blue background. They also did it in 24 hours and were close to me in Mission Viejo.

We’ve done many printing services here over the years for our real estate business. They have great prices for their services and like the name says they are pretty quick with the turnaround. Not many printing places have this quick of a turnaround and we were always thankful for this when we had a deadline around the corner.

Love these guys! The prices are fair, but the service is amazing. Every time I need something done, the people who work here help me out tremendously and make it easy for me! I tried printing a pdf at the fedex office and they ended up holding $10 every attempt (3 times) I made and at the end told me the pdf I was trying to open was locked or protected or some other excuse. I came into Kwik Kopy and they did it for me in 30 seconds. No issues. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable and make it a great experience. I love supporting local businesses and appreciate that they put customer service as a priority! Thank you Kwik Kopy!!

We needed wedding invitations printed and didn't want to wait a week to order online. We called Kwik Kopy and FedEx office. Kwik Kopy said they could print us our invitations that day and were 1/2 the cost of FedEx office! Dave was the best ! Dave spoke to us on the phone and welcomed us when we walked in. An hour later we had our beautiful wedding invitations printed!!!! Later in the day I was admiring our invitations and noticed that I had left a 2 off the address of our venue. I called and spoke to Brieanna ( it is now 4pm on Friday afternoon and I wanted to send out my invites on Saturday) I explained MY error and Brieanna said no problem come back in. She reprinted all of my invitations within 30 minutes on a Friday evening at 4:15 even though they were closing at 5pm! A huge THANK YOU to Dave and Brieanna!!! You have a new customer for life Please support this local business! You wont regret it !!!!!

Very accommodating and fast, I sprung a small printing job on them last second and they were incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service. Even though I am from out of town I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area (or stopping by like us!)
