Ignacio won't lift a finger to help when I presented an issue with a bank hold. He kept ignoring me and giving me a blank stare. He seems to not like women. Super poor customer service. He should get fired for having an attitude.

Wells Fargo's new website SUCKS!!!! i had scheduled a payment and changed my mind about the amount. THERE IS NO WAY TO ADJUST IT MYSELF. i had to call customer service to get it done and he said he wasn't sure if it could be done! I've been with this bank since before it became Wells Fargo...48 years! service continues to decline.

Made an appointment to open a personal checking account, arrived with all the proper documentation and proof of identity. Upon providing all this information was told I could not open an account at this time "Further back ground information was required. I've never experienced such difficulty in opening a personal checking account, this makes no sense, take your money somewhere else

This branch is garbage for anything other than simple deposits or withdrawals. Clerks incapable of processing a simple wire transfer (have had 0 issues with the branch near Spectrum). The branch also has very few employees making for very long wait times. And on top of that all, my husband has experienced discrimination from the staff here. This is the closest brand to my home (I could literally walk), but we choose to drive to Irvine for actual services.

This place has the worst customer service, my suggestion is go elsewhere, you could get more help on a deserted island without any shade or food. The clerks dont care at all as I ve been skipped twice and told to sit down

This branch of Wells Fargo Bank is extremely professional.. We have done business for over 32 yrs and are so impressed with all aspects of banking at this branch. I highly recommend them for any type of service.

Scheduled an appointment for 11am and was seen in a timely manner. Spoke with David B. to open a checking account and he was extremely kind, professional, and efficient. He made great conversation and made sure to respond to any question thoroughly. The tellers were also very friendly. Don't feel discouraged by the previous reviews and give this location a visit if you bank with Wells Fargo.

My rating mainly goes to the Teller who assisted me. His name was Emmanuel. Took care of my needs and was VERY polite and helpful. It was my first time visiting this branch and his amazing costumer service will actually make me come back to this branch Thank you Again!

While I was waiting, one banker left for lunch and then other banker refused to help me. She said she had an appointment coming up and that I'd have to try again tomorrow. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since they bought out my small town bank 20+ years ago. I was trying to open a savings account for my toddler son. You think they would love a future long term client, but now I'm off to my Credit Union to open the account.

Maybe be the only bank that should have the tellers run it and the management (if there is any there) fired! They're either closing, moving, on vacation, deaf, dumb and/or stupid or most likely just plain lazy and rude. I was so politely told two days ago ( believe it or not someone actually pick up the phone on this day!) that a manager would shortly be getting back to me regarding securing an appointment to open a new business account. Two days later still Crickets... Was told by a National customer service rep on the phone today that making online appointments is so much easier. Went online to book an appointment (at my branch) and was prompted this lovely loser's message..."There are no dates available for select location. Please select another location." Well at the least they're consistent in their non service and admitted as bankers they are severely handicapped from the neck up. I just went there in person and was greeted by a super accommodating teller, but yet again hung out to dry by no-one from management coming out front to speak with me about the issue of not being able to speak with anyone! So if you're unable to open new accounts, not able to speak with anyone, and don't receive promised return calls from a branch you've so loyally supported for two decades, one might deduce extreme executive ineptness here as well as a complete disregard of the needs and ever so minute requests of their customers. Why trust them with our money while they hide behind automated telephone prompts, make liars out of subordinates and neglect their customer base like unwanted step children? I regret ever walking into that so called "branch" and even more-so my mistaken belief that they possessed any level of competence or customer respect. Perhaps we all should take Wells Fargo's advice if today (as quoted above) and absolutely avoid this toxic waste of mismanagement and space ... Update: Once again just for off the phone with a National customer service rep and she confirmed there are zero appointments available now or in the foreseeable future at this bank branch

If I could I would give a 0 !!! I went to the branch today because I received an email saying my contact information has been updated and if I didn't make this request to immediately contact them. I was concerned about possible fraud , came to this branch as its close to my house and David approached me not asking if he can help but what I want. After I told him about the email and my concerns he said there were no bankers in the house and I had to make an appointment for next week. I told him again if this is a fraud on my account that I can not wait until next week. I asked if he can help me and he said no I am waiting for my own appointment . Branch manager was not available and I couldn't believe that this guy was working for a bank. He was too lazy to look into my concern of fraud !!!

Horrible service. I have multiple accounts (including business accounts) with significant assets at WF. They make you schedule an appointment to see a banker, but when I showed up for my appointment I waited over 30 minutes. If you require an appointment, you should stick to the time. I would avoid this WF branch and if I had to do it over again would not have accounts with WF.

Well it's a bank... they got my money safe and sound... I guess it's fine? They do charge me to use my money so that's not great but it's how Merica works.... They seem nice and have always been helpful when we go in there so four stars for you!
