Me and brothers and sister went to go a get a slurpy. I accidentally dropped quarter of the slurpy. after this, the employee named Kimberlee was triggered she started to cuss my brothers and sisters and me out I offered to help and she was even more mad.I really think that there is something wrong with her and when we were at the register she was acting really weird and asking us personal questions. This is the place to stop at .it's got all you need one stop shop.they have everything you need for all walks of life .food, drinks,snack.you can run in and run out that's how fast it is.always got good deals on everything. I got two coconut waters to rehydrate and some beef jerky.just wanted to say thanks to all staff members ........

My kids and I walked in to grab a quick lunch. The cashier saw us checking out the hot food and immediately told us what was on special. We bought a little bit of everything of hot food items. We couldn't leave without some slushies. My 6-year-old dropped his slushie on our way out. I let the cashier know and he let me know it was okay. He cleaned up the mess and made it seem like a little deal even though I was little panicked about it. Thank you for your kindness. I appreciate you. We'll be back.

I have been to 7-11 once before in the Bay Area but never locally. This store is small but is pretty well stocked. It’s pretty fast paced inside. What stood out to me is what I believe the owner of the store, she was very nice and very attentive. Thank you! Signed up for their rewards and will be back with my kids, To check out all their snacks.

Ordered some wings and a sprite on DoorDash and they were burnt, sitting there for long time, dry and hard. Then aside of that they gave me a cup full of ICE. NO SODA. I Called the store right away and the lady was extremely disrespectful! when I asked for her name she had a disrespectful attitude and Hanged up on me while I was letting her know how I got my order, tried calling back and didn't answer at all! She was extremely disrespectful and didn't want to give her name aswell. Never had a problem from this store ever. I order the same order ALL THE TIME! Almost everyday or 2 times a week. Extremely Disrespectful lady.

I have cash app and went to go deposit $400 cash to my cashapp account. I had 4 $100bills her machine was only accepting 3 out of the 4 so she used her marker on the fourth one and said the markers marking it as it’s not fake but my machines not taking it. She than said she was going to call the cops on me, but than said you know what I don’t have time for that, than slid the bill back and accepting another $100 I had in my wallet which her machine took. I got my $400 deposited in my account, but the way she treated me when I was simply just trying to deposit money onto my account, and she acted like I was a criminal, I took the $100 to the bank I got it from when I cashed my Christmas bonus I just got and they said the bill is 100percent real. I’m only 20 and have nothing to hide but getting threatened about her keeping my $100 and calling the cops on me will make me not return to this location, I don’t have time to deal with the obvious meth heads this 7-11 employs.

So I've been coming to the store for a long time but lately when I go in there the older lady with the fake blonde hair named Kim doesn't allow me to come into the store because she thinks that I was stealing from the store because one time I went and visited and decided that I wanted to go to AMPM for the 60-cent slushies that they have on their App instead of spending three dollars at their store to get a drink and ever since then she's incredibly rude she told me that she thought I was stealing from the store when I was with my 15-year-old cousin like the 7-Eleven location is extremely convenient for me not only that but I haven't even taken anything.. the fact that she won't even let me go into the building to load my cash app or to get something to eat when I'm incredibly hungry and she makes me walk to a different store in the middle of the night which is hard to find sometimes is incredibly ridiculous. Like I have seen people take from Astoria most of those people are allowed in she should have some respect especially at her age just to learn to have a little bit better customer service and handle things a little bit more appropriately. I've been a manager for a couple different jobs of mine and everything like that and I would definitely not want someone like her working underneath me when do I call I've had to have friends go in to get me food because I wasn't able to go in or do something else like load my cash app or take money from the ATM I think it's time for her to retire

It always smells like burning plastic in the store. And when I was in there a few nights ago, one worker was frantically asking another worker to put something away and kept telling me they’d help me in just a second. Five minutes later I walked out without buying anything. It is a trashy place.

Classical music is good so that so many homeless people don't come. This location is well located and is clean and organized unlike many others that are even scary to enter. There is a variety of drinks and snacks and food. Good parking and good prices.

Ridiculous! This place had workers working on a shelf outside. With stuff all over. When my boyfriend came out to bring me my drink he tripped over their stuff and drop the drink. And when I asked for a new one they said, "one u leave we aren't responsible".... Trash place
