It's smells disgusting around here. Human urine is common in this place. Wasn't able to retrieve money from the strong smells of urine and the trash found outside of this place.

Can I go to the ATM and not be looked at crazy for interrupting a homeless meeting? It’s 6:51 pm and I’m just tryna get some cash and there’s 3 homeless grown men having a meeting , im a young women and it’s already not fun getting cash at the ATM after dark, but the complete lack of regard for their customers that BOA has is beyond me. The ATM area REEKS of urine and feces. It’s a disgrace. As soon as my cc is paid off with them I’m closing my account. Complete waste of time and money . Along with this location the whole BOA system is just atrocious. Please go to Mocse or valley first. This location is horrible

We had a wonderful experience yesterday working with Hardip Sheena at this branch yesterday. He spent a lot of time with us getting our accounts organized and setting up an investment as well. I would highly recommend working with him.

Went in to get their free notary services. Free if you have an account. Highly recommend making an appointment. Went there twice and both times, walk-ins were trying to get in as well. Great customer service and very professional!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ATM. They have a card skimmer that will read your card and scammers will take your money & the bank won't do SHIT about it

For such a big bank be prepared to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes in line the only have two clerks. I have been in credit union banks and they have at least 5 clerks. Whats wrong with this picture! It’s a joke lol
