Worst experience ever. My mom made an appointment several months ahead. She went to the appointment and "Kathy" said I'm sorry there is no one here and we are going to cancel your appointment. No one called us to tell us it was cancelled. They don't understand people need to request work off several weeks ahead and get it approved. Things like this have happen several times at this branch. Customer service is low here.

i had my account hakced and fraud in my account so i filed a claim an BOA not surprising denied my claim now my account negative and im forced to fix their mistake

Another bad experience at Bank of America! What a surprise right? Was trying just to make a domestic wire transfer and seems like this was an impossible task to do for the staff at this location! After trying previous branches in Sacramento ! After getting told that I need to make an appointment for a damn wire transfer! Came to this place and everyone is to busy to help me out ! This is ridiculous!

Rude staff member at the windows and branch manager. They don't know what they are doing. They claim they can't do something yet the week prior it was possible. Teller Staff needs retraining and so does the manager. Staff embarrassed me in front of everyone in the bank. Made me tell them my bank account balance in front of the entire back as well. Extremely unprofessional. Time to find a new bank.

The teller, she was amazing very attentive, professional. she gets 10 stars she is amazing, There were 2 tellers at the time, and a long line of people waiting to be helped they are very overworked; While the manager of the bank is not doing anything at all, Just pacing around instead of asking people If he could help them, But no, He wouldn't do anything at all, As a concern Customer, I talked to him, and he was very disrespectful and rude, I will definitely do not go to that bank any longer just because of him. He is useless, a poor excuse of a human being, And I think he is it's racist also, I will definitely report report him to the banking institution! People we're impatient I'm very annoyedBecause of the lack of tellers, He could have worked as a tellerWhile there were lots of people in the bank, but oh no I'm the manager, I might damage my mind manicured hands. So you know he is a heavy set guy with eyeglasses with eyeglasses and receding hairline!

Super amazing service! Arielle Compton is the best and talked me through what I needed to know about opening my first account with BofA, I would answer the survey but I couldn’t find it, but she is definitely the one to request or book an appt with if your wanting to open an account!

After 30 years being this branch's so called preferred gold client, I deposited a large check from one of my other banks and after giving me a counter credit was notified by e mail on the 16th that it was on hold. Today is 22nd and still on hold even due the check was cleared and deducted from my smaller bank. After calling the customer service I was told will be clear on the 26th. I never had a return check or deposit ever. It's time to close all my and extended families account in this too big to care BofA.Shame on you to treat your clients like this.The manager and head teller should be ashamed also since they see my banking record after 30 years.Ray Sargoni

I cannot believe this place I go in and I wait in line for 35 minutes in a long line and they tell me whenI get to the window that they can’t tell me their check depositing limit butI’m sorryI can’t cash a check for six grand six grand check I can’t believethey can’t cash my check becauseI don’t have an account with them for one and for two they said well if you have time you should just go cash it with chime I don’t understand themwhat bank turns you away for six grand worst customer serviceI have ever received at any bank at any time in my entire lifeI am so done with these corporate America banks that screw us over!!!!!Zeros all the way!!! Boycott unless yu bank here get yur money and run!!!
