No merchant services line. They need to hire a better bank manager. Today there wwere 15 people in line and one teller working. Absolutely ridiculous.

I've been using this bank since 2016 and I haven't had an issue I can always go to an ATM inside or outside and get the cash I need to me that's very important.

I will say avoid this branch and or bank overall.Went in there 30 mins before closing and I was not helped at all with a simple task via banker. She kept talking for about 15 mins about how it was late. To make changes. Which is laughable as there were 5 bankers a few tellers and only one person at the tellers.Obviously if they had a chance to put 0 stars I would’ve picked they but they don’t.I also called the bank to express my experience. I rarely used this branch but I today so lesson learned. Good by wells. 17 years as a customer I guess you don’t really need our business.

Iam an Over 25 year cstmr, takes 45 minutes to just get access to safety deposit box, my account was changed without my permission (didn’t u learn from law suit), teller could not schedule appointment with banker who sits 20 steps across the lobby?? Friday afternoon & 2 tellers…Really?Very poor…the bigger u people get the worse you become….shame on you people LOUSY/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ….Fire your Ops ManagerUnderstaffing, long lines, poor service seems to be a trend for this branch? Look at your reviews?…you have had the same issues for several years?? Wake up!!!…your size does not guarantee your continued existence….if you know Banking history then you know that Banks do go out of business???

They are the slowest bank in Modesto. 45 minutes to a hour wait in line everytime. And they still have people standing outside. Rediculous

Most of the time they have 2 tellers serving people when the line is around the front parking lot.

takes 30 min to get thru the line. last time i went in, i needed to cash out a big amount and the teller shorted me $70. i didn't realize it til later in the day, after the branch had closed for the day. i called the next day and they found the overage and deposited me the $70 to my account, so that was nice. the security guard there is very rude, i overheard a customer complained to him about the long line and only two tellers being open. the security guard said it's not the tellers fault, it's the customers fault because "most of the things people are in line for, can be done on the app" and although that might be true, i looked at the of people in line, they were all old enough to be someone's grandparents. i found it annoying that the security guard tried to shame the customers in line, to be serviced AT THE PLACE THEY HAVE THERE MONEY IN. they really need to get more tellers. cant believe i have to wait 1/2 of my lunch break, just trying to get a cashiers check!

Two tellers on the 1st of the month, no merchant services line. Terrible bank management. I have a business to run. Getting simple change is ridiculous.Customer service at Wells Fargo Modesto is long gone since this manager took over.

Has the absolute worst financial institution in America! expensive fees, no help with outside fraud, yet fraud within! Long lines, tellers are obviously disengaged with customers. don't bank with this company at all cost! zero stars a bunch of crooks in my opinion honestly!

My husband and I went into the bank to take care of some details with our accounts, and we needed help from a Banker. Victor Valenzuela was amazingly patient and helpful, and attentive with all the details. I am grateful he made it an easy process.

This branch is so slow. Many times people are lined up around the building. They have tellers on break or absent. Managers don't come out and say anything, maybe they could help the tellers during times when it's busy. I don't know but I think 45 mins in a line is too long.
