We had our appointment 4 O’clock. We were there before 4 O’clock. There was another couple was wating to speak to a banker as well. Banker Gabby came out and spoke to the couple and said that they do not have appointment. She will see if her 4 O’clock shows up. Later she asked us, If we had appointment. We told her that we have appointment. She informs us that her our appointment is with other teller who is behind her schedule. At least fifty minute later our banker Alejandra tells us to go wait at her desk. Not even telling us which one is her desk. We finished our appointment in less than 20 mins. We make our appointment with Wells Fargo not with certain teller. I felt like this was not appropriate customer service.

Today I had an appointment at Wells Fargo, Vintage Faire brunch. It was great!However there was a problem with the banker I had appointment with and she couldn’t appear to help me, but the brunch manager, Martha Mataka, and the banker, Gabriela Gonzalez, managed the situation perfectly. Thanks to them!

Yea , like everyone else says, long a** line. Matter of fact the line wasn't even that long but it just seems like everything takes forever here. Hire more people please I've been here for a very long time.

Bank always has long lines, and moves slowly due to only having two workers. It's like this all the time, worst branch in Modesto.

Only four people in front of me in line , one of those four got tired of waiting and left. It still took me 45 min in line. I have never seen such slow service in my life.

To open a new account on appointment only and first open appointment 10 days after not aceptable they need to have more personal you are loosing new customer this way other bank it's easier to open a account

LONG Line EVERY Month for that last several months, actually for the last two years or so. What? They can't find ANYONE to be a Teller any more??? TWO Tellers out of TEN Windows pretty much EVERY time I go in there. Rarely three, sometimes ONE. I have to go in for a Cashier's Check every month. Wells Fargo charges less than Bank of America for them, but MORE than some other Banks. TODAY, the teller put the name already on the Cashier's Check. I was last year told that it HAS to be in the name of the account holder buying the Cashier's Check, so which is it? Then she said she had to see my Driver's License. It was the very first time for that. Then she didn't hear me any of the times I tried to tell her to change the Memo on it..... It just took a REALLY long time, so no wonder it was taking so long with EVERY single person in line. March 4, 20222 tellers for 12 people. One branch on McHenry closed permanently and it's still like this almost every time I come. Never more than 3 tellers. Almost always a very long line

I called multiple times with no answer to inquire information before going in and making a payment. I waited in line for more than 30 minutes because they never have more than two tellers working at a time. I was unable to make the payment and wasted an hour of time. Something that could have been avoided if this bank location had enough employees to answer the phone calls. This is just another of the reasons I do not do business here.

I come here every other Friday to cash my pay check. I consistently wait 30+ minutes in line. Sometimes it’s an hour or more. The longest wait I’ve experienced was 1.5 hours. That’s just the line. And they don’t have enough tellers, EVER. There can be a line wrapped around the building and there will be only 2 tellers helping people. I’m not sure what the other 6 employees are doing ??♀️ Also, the tellers don’t really listen. I’ve had my checks be held over 2 days, due to the teller not actually cashing my check but depositing the check instead. I mean this place has made me lose faith in Wells Fargo as a whole. It’s extremely disappointing.

Been waiting in line for at least 30 mins and still have another 6 people in front of me, my guess is that it will be another 30 mins at least. One single teller and it looks like she is new to top it off, if a teller is on training they should have a second one working to put up with a Friday, they should expect fridays to be busy, bad management maybe…?Used to be a good location close to home, now I might start driving further out to a different location.
