I took my bike in for brakes to be adjusted , was told to come back 3 hours later . Guy says he had to put in a new brake line and hardware. As I asked how much he says he also installed new brake pads was think 40 or 60 dollars. Paid and walked out of store nobody said nothing about my brakes not working ?. I had to try out the new feeling and ride my bike once out the door I could not stop I almost crashed into my own car in their parking lot got cut off so Immediately take it in. Guy says needs adjustment they tried and nothing I was upset I had to pay for something I did not ask for and the job originally asked for was the brakes and hard ware for the brakes and agreed to needed a new cable as well but never agreed new brake pads .after all the brakes did not even work . It felt to me that they where babysitting my bike in the shop and charged me to give it back. Totally no help nothing worked but I got charged for it. My bike was a 29" cannondale sl4 and they could not get the brakes to work on my bike . I should of had my money back that same day that the mechanic and seller both noticed they could not get brakes to work instead they say we can't do anything about it .wow

Definitely check this bike shop out! Was in town for a work trip and brought my bike to ride locally during free time. Needed a minor repair and was finished by end of day. Staff is super helpful and prices are very reasonable. Thanks Bicycle Sam!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. I called 10/7/2020 and spoke to a young man who was very helpful and later went to the shop to make a purchase. I cant remember his name but he closed the shop for the day. Thank you and I will be returned when the time comes.

Expensive and bad service... Do your self a favor and don't waste money on that place..I they when give me the bike without brakes.. They didn't bother to check it
