We recently worked with Billy and Edwin (GM) on our first BMW, a 2024 BMW iX xDrive 50. From the very first interaction, Billy worked diligently to get us in the right car for us. Billy & Edwin both made the buying process seamless & worked hard to get us a great deal. I would highly recommend paying a visit to Billy & Edwin if you're considering a BMW. A++++++

I had a great experience buying my wife a 2022 BMW X5 at BMW of Monrovia. Billy was my sales guy and he was responsive, answered all my questions and took great care of me. Edwin is the GM and he was flexible and worked with me to get the deal done. If you're in the market for a BMW, I would recommend them.

stay away from this "dealership". horrible customer service. nobody at the leasing office ever pickups up their phone nor do they return voicemails. the general manager needs to do something but I doubt he/she even cares.

***Please DO NOT bring your vehicle here for service!!***This place has gone downhill! The management is terrible and non responsive, the service director is not very good at his position. His lack of customer service, attention to detail and care for the vehicles is a grade F!! Took my vehicle for a simple oil change, when I picked up my car it had been hit in the front and had small scratches all around the car. I was told to bring it in so they can check it and then was given an appointment for them to fix what they had done to the car. Brought the car back to the dealership 2nd week of September. I left my car thinking it would be completed in a week, nope almost 2 and a half weeks! When I went to pick up my car, there were new blemishes and missing covers on the front bumper. The back bumper scratches were still there. The incompetent service director Raul asked for the car to be left again. 2 more weeks pass and I'm called to check the vehicle again, when I arrive to the dealer the back lights are not aligned to the car and Sticking out of the body, the back bumper has left over paint accumulated and the car just looks terrible. The mileage on the car had also gone up 30 miles!! My front seats were dirty and I mean black dirt dirty! The incompetent service director Raul apologized and said he would have car cleaned and bumper fixed. We are now mid October and I've been to the dealer 3 times. The level of incompetence, lack of customer service, waste of my time is just absurd! Still nobody in the dealer showed any care for my vehicle! I continue to come back 2 more times to the dealer due to the front bumper not being aligned properly and it was due to a missing bracket!! Whoever they work with for body work is completely clueless and unprofessional!! I gave up trying to get my car to the condition it was in when I initially brought it. The service director is a complete incompetent joke of a man!! I picked up my car in NOVEMBER!!! Yes it was there sun September!!!I have yet to hear from the general manager Ronald Brown whom I've been copying on all the email with all the pictures taken during this nightmare.It's sad that such a reputable brand as BMW is being represented by clowns who have no clue what their role is or how a customer should be treated!!

We just purchased 2021 Certified Pre-Owned BMW X3 with Billy Tran of BMW of Monrovia. Billy was Prompt, courteous, helpful and a big positive part in our decision to purchase the car. He was thorough, gave us lots of good information but not too overloaded. He called to follow up to see if we have any questions (which we might once we start to learn). We felt that we can continue to get help from Billy if we need any further help down the line. More importantly, we didn't feel pressure and we felt comfortable with Billy and his words.To be fair, there was no price negotiation since the car was well priced. I would buy a BMW again with Billy Tran at BMW of Monrovia

I was looking to place a custom order 750e and I contacted 10 different dealerships in SoCal to get quotes and discounts. Monrovia was the only one that offered zero discount while everyone else offered thousands off right off the bat. This has been my experience with this dealership over at least the past 10 years. I ended up ordering the car from, ironically, another Sonic owned BMW dealership with $11,000 discount over the $125,000 MSRP. Don't be a sucker and come here and pay full MSRP.

I’m a first-time car buyer and this was such a smooth experience. It was much less difficult than I anticipated, my salesman Gary was professional, honest, and straight to the point! Overall great experience, friendly staff and a great place to get a car. The view of the mountain is beautiful too!

The car is amazing and you gave me a great deal but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. I arrived earlier than I said I was going to but it took 4.5 hours for the car to be purchased and that didn't even include a tutorial on how to use the car. I had to keep asking what was going on and was told a certain amount of time and then it was 5x that. For spending that amount of money, I would hope that you would prioritize the customer to expedite the process and more importantly teach the customer about the car. It shouldn't have taken that long. I wasn't even offered a bottle of water until 3 hours in. Very disappointing experience.

Had a excellent buying experience from BMW of Monrovia. Charlie started the process he was great test drove vehicle and was patient with all the questions we had. Wei Wei Wang, delivered made my buying process very easy and fast. He answered all my questions and helped me set up my new vehicle. Overall made everything better because of his great character and personality. I will definitely recommend my friends and family! Best buying experience ever!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here buying a used car! Both Ari and David were amazing and such a great help! They were very transparent, informative, accommodating, and super nice. Yuri Kastseryn was truly my favorite salesman. Only he did help me, he went out of his way to show me all the cars to make sure I picked the one i really liked. He let me test drive a few until i finally decided. I think this is probably the best experience I've ever had. Whenever I asked questions he was really nice and i had no stress or pressure. This is what a real Salesman Is a guy who really cares and shows gratitude. I will for sure be coming back and i am really interested making more deals with Yuri. He is Really Professional. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Monrovia BMW since 2017. I have been through every service advisor. All of them have been very good and I expected nothing less when I was assigned Giovanni for my last service. I was pleasantly surprised to witness how much he cares and how he pays attention to "more" than the vehicle issues. He listens to and hears you. Although, I appreciate all the service techs from my past, Giovanni will be my service tech moving forward. Oh yes, don't let his young age fool you. He is wise above his years.
