This was my first visit with Rochelle to help me with my dry and thinning hair. She impressed me with her knowledge of hair care and the beauty my hair can achieve with her treatments. Not only is she knowledgeable but has a wonderful personality. I watched her as she was studying my hair and scalp with a microscope.She was able to show me on her phone as she was explaining what was going on with my scalp and hair. I can see as I mentioned before she is knowledgeable and confident in her profession.

Each time I get my hair done my Rochelle at the Healthy Hair Bar, I feel like a new person. The time and attention she spends with my scalp is nothing like I have experienced. As a Black woman, I have found it difficult to find a beautician that takes the time to learn exactly what my hair needs and then to actually provide quality service. I am an entrepreneur and HR consultant and it is so important for me to feel and look my best. Once I leave Rochelle, I feel like I am ready to conquer the world!!

Rochelle is the ultimate hair & beauty professional! My natural curls are popping and have grown a lot since I started coming to her. People tell me how soft my curls look now. My bald spot has improved from her hair & scalp treatments. She also transitions my natural curls to straight hair with minimal heat and little fuss. I highly recommend her for holistic hair care needs!

The vibes in this place are extremely judgmental, and I didn't need to be reprimanded about the state of my hair. I struggle with depression, and that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Also, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to FILM someone's hair and talk about how much "product buildup" it has and POST IT WITHOUT PERMISSION. First off, it was not product buildup—I have an autoimmune disorder that creates excess sebum on the scalp. Regardless, not okay in ANY circumstance. I was nice in my original review, but I thought it over and I deserved better. Do better.

Excellent customer service. I called the salon early Saturday morning to request a wash and style for a wig. Rochelle was able to accommodate my request immediately, and was so professional, kind and very knowledgeable about hair care. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Rochell for almost six months. I've noticed that, not only is she about hairdressing, she's concerned about the whole body. She's knowledgeable about how ones overall health, self care, nutrition, etc. affects the condition of their hair. I've noticed that she is continually researching and learning in order to keep up with the latest and best hair care and products available. She prefers products that contain the most natural and pure ingredients. She teaches her clients how to care for their hair in between appointments. She doesn't keep secrets. She recommends products and has the products, she uses, available for purchase. I originally went to see her for a hair cut. She immediately noticed that I had hair loss and unhealthy scalp (which I was trying to hide by keeping my hair short). She offered me a treatment package for (what I felt) was a very fair price. Note: I already paid far more for scalp injections from a dermatologist with no results. Rochell is very detailed oriented. She regularly photographs and documents the progression of my results ( just like a physician). Believe me, I'm finally getting results. I'm so blessed to have found her. She loves her work, and she's truly committed to her art. Mark my words. Rochell Chapelle is an artist.

I highly recommend Rochelle she is amazing!!! I have suffered from hair lost due to previous cancer and now pre menopausal. I see the difference in my scalp and new healthy hair growth. I also recommend her for my beautiful color and hair style.

Poor communication. Unreliable service. Ordered a wig, came much later than I was told. Had a hard time getting any type of update from Rochelle. Not recommend this business.

I took my Sister here who is going through Chemo to have her wig cut. Rochelle offered to tailor the wig for my sister and never returned it. She claimed she lost it and was going to order her a new one. We asked for the wig or pay for it so we could replace it. She ended up paying partial back for the wig cost and never answered on the remainder of money owed. She is not a responsible person and not trustworthy, I would not recommend using this business.
