As stated in some others' comments below, I had, unfortunately, very unpleasant experience with Rocky at this dealership. I was informed of some dealership policy change so that some offers made to me previously (by a different salesperson) will no longer be honored. When I expressed disappointment, Rocky interrupted me until I asked him to let me finish first, and then responded with sarcasm. He also "reminded" me that he "just had a 9-5 job" there so he had nothing to do with the policy change. I am in professional service myself and at some point in this conversation, I had the illusion as if I was dealing with a difficult client myself rather than being served as a customer.If you just want to hand over your money and get a car, sure - any dealership does that. If you would like to be treated somewhat decently as a customer, maybe you have a better chance elsewhere.

It’s my first time buying a mini, and I was skeptical at first. Javier Escalante is very helpful and gave me all the information I need. He guided us throughout the process. He went above and beyond in securing us this vehicle. The whole staff at Mini are very nice. I recommend this location with no reservation.

Worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had. We were left waiting for three hours with no updates from Rocky after ALREADY having been approved for financing. When we asked about timing, Malcom in the BMW financing department was incredibly arrogant. The whole process was so unprofessional that we left without buying the car. I definitely do not recommend this Mini/BMW location.

Only go there if you wanna waste your time, if you are looking to buy a car, try a professional dealership instead because you will only find amateurs there.Also do not dare asking questions if you don't wanna be verbally assaulted by Malcom from the finance department (still wondering what this guy has to do with finance anyway).There are plenty of Mini/BMW dealerships around Los Angeles, just AVOID this one by all means.Rocky was a nice and absolutely useless sales person.

I purchased a used BMW i3. After using it for a couple of weeks I noticed that the right passenger side mirror is loose and the windshield wiper washer doesn’t work. I went to the dealer to get it fixed but they said that the car was purchased “As Is”. This is probably my 9th car with the dealership and I’m getting treated with poor customer service. I bet you they just want your money to pay for the services instead of putting the car in good condition before selling it. No wonder my friends refuses to go to BMW of Monrovia for this reason “poor customer service”.

Love this place for servicing my Mini - whether it's routine maintenance or warranty repairs, I appreciate the convenience and courtesy from the team! Most importantly, I have confidence and trust in the Service Department and techs - I never feel like they're trying to sell me anything unnecessary and everything is just so easy! Highly, highly recommend.

If you're looking for a BMW/Mini, you absolutely must go to ROCKY!Rocky (AKA Shek Chow) is one of the kindest and most sincere sales people I've ever had the pleasure of working with... and I used to work in the car industry, so hopefully that statement really jumps out at you.Rocky is, without a doubt, management material. He's personable, efficient, highly responsive, attentive, and does an excellent job of delivering truly white-glove customer experience. This man needs to be leading a team, because we simply need more people like him in the car world.The whole process was quick, straightforward, and full of smiles and happiness the entire time. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour --no exaggeration... a big part of this is also thanks to Malcom Dougan.Malcom, my AWESOME finance rep, provided me with an absolutely stellar experience. He had me in and out of his office in about 10-15 mins and he was only looking out for my best interest during the financing process. Really and truly a stand up guy!I absolutely love my new Mini. Go see Rocky Chow at Monrovia Mini to buy your next car.Honest, transparent, kind and easy to talk to. We went to test drive some used Mini Coopers and were blown away at his demeanor, salesmanship, and approach to customer service. He broke down all our options for us and took the time to explain all the in's and out's of the various models of Mini Cooper. I 100% would recommend him to my friends and family, and will continue to go back for advice and service in the future.

Not our first time buying a car, not even our first time at a BMW/MINI dealership, but definitely our first time feeling so good about the whole experience. Javier helped us pick the car, we had a fun genuine and simply human conversation about life, cars, music and some more cars :) Any questions we had he answered in great detail, when he made suggestions he brought up pros and cons and straight up told us when certain things didn’t make sense for our particular situation and needs, which, by the way, he took great care in finding out first.Not once did we feel like we were being sold something, or pushed something that we didn’t need or didn’t come there for. And the crazy thing, the same trend continued as we went to sign papers and talk about additional services and packages. Rafi was helping us in the office and showed us a detailed breakdown of pros and cons of each service in a very concise way to avoid wasting anybody’s time and gave us fantastic deals on the few services that we did want to get. Again, just simple, genuinely nice experience. These guys are total rockstars and we couldn’t recommend them enough. This is how buying cars should feel like.

Very disappointed at the parts department. My backpack was stolen while traveling and it had one of the key fob's in it. I bought this MINI only 3 months ago at this dealership and this dealership quoted me $540.00 for a replacement.I was going to be in Phoenix the next week, so I called a dealership in the area and what a difference. What a difference in customer service as well. They were sorry to hear what happened and quoted me $340.00 plus tax. This is for the exact programmed key fob.Thank you so much to Alex @ MINI of Tempe!With that being said about the parts department, Rocky in sales was great to work with. Everything discussed on the phone before getting to the dealership was spot on when arriving at the dealership.

Extremely pleased with my experience here! Javier was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Rocky was also very helpful! Purchasing a new car is never fun, but these two made it easy and I'm grateful for their help!
