Lousy customer service and the manager is rude and lacks empathy for the store's customers. My daughter's ankle hurt, and we used the store wheelchair for shopping and purchased crutches. When leaving the store, I had a basket full of groceries and the crutches I had just bought. My car was 5 feet away from the door, and it was easier to roll my daughter to the car. I was followed out of the store and treated like a criminal. This store is horrible.

After today, waiting 50 minutes in my car only to be told I can't find your medicine after I was called to tell me it's ready. Annoying! This was not the only time. This has happened on three other occasions. Don't use this pharmacy!!

So angry at this Walgreens Pharmacy right now.I made an appointment earlier today for a 4:45 PM COVID vaccine. The system did not send me a confirmation and I didn't know I needed one. I arrived at 4:20 and there was one person ahead of me and no one behind me. 30 minutes later when Sara finally finished processing that person's paperwork and after taking another 15 minutes to come back to the window, she told me they didn't have record of the appointment and I couldn't prove I had made one. By then there were 4 people behind me. I asked to speak to the manager since I had already invested a lot of time and hoped she would help me, but at 5 PM Sara said she had just gone to lunch and wouldn't be back for 30 more minutes. If she had come to the window right after taking care of the previous patient, no one was waiting and there was no reason they couldn't help me. If I get COVID I'm going to make their lives miserable. Probably not, but I'll want to. Amazingly poor service. Try to go somewhere else if you can. As for Sara, poor woman seemed truly overwhelmed. Pharmacy is definitely under-staffed.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to by far. Customer service is horrendous. If you can get past the lack of customer service skills, your next challenge is the fact your prescriptions will never be ready when you expect them. They constantly insist the prescriptions are at the other Walgreens on Huntington and Mountain but when pressed they miraculously appear. Then they ask you to come back in two hours. This was for a prescription that should have been ready two days before. Just awful service and lack of care.

I have been coming to this Pharmacy for about 10 years. I have now transferred my prescriptions from Wallgreens to another pharmacy. Service used to be fine, but not anymore. There is a lot of waiting and the online system that tells you when your prescription will be ready, or even when you speak with a pharmacist that tells you your prescription is ready, it usually is not. My sense of this facility is that they are understaffed. This week was the last straw. I received a refill in Sept, that was supposed to be 90 pills, but I got only 60. I did not notice that until I began to run out of capsules and I was told there was an insurance payment issue because I was refilling a month early. I told the store manager about it and she REFUSED to do anything about it. She blamed the manufacturer because it was a manufacturer sealed bottle that said 90. I had to tell my doctor what happened, because he would need to write a prescription a month early.Fortunately for me, my insurance kicked in just at day 60 of the refill so I got the next 90 day refill. Again I received a manufacturer sealed bottle. I told the pharmacist about the previous issue with being shorted 30 capsules and asked if I could just count them right there. She said "these have already been verified." It was as if she was NOT hearing me. All I was asking for was a little concern. The previous bottle came the same way - sealed by the manufacturer. It would have been "verified" as well, but it still came with 60 pills. She did at least count the pills and confirm it was 90, which was good, but the damage to this business relationship had already been done. She said if it happens again, it is the manufacturer.Wallgreen's employees at this facility REFUSED to take any responsibility for me being shorted 30 pills, completely shifting blame to the manufacturer. It is relieving to me to be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame.

I have dealt with this pharmacy for 15 years, off and on, and they have by far the WORST customer service of ANY pharmacy I've ever dealt with, and nobody that works at this store cares. Every time I get a notification that my prescription is ready I show up, and presto it's not ready or it's out of stock and like clockwork no one ever lets us know ahead of time. I usually have to make at least two trips to this pharmacy to get a successful prescription pick up. If you place a phone call to the store count on getting the same service; you will wait for a minimum of a half hour (I've waited for up to 53 minutes at a time.)To top it off, if you're on their text message notification service they literally send you tons of spam asking you to get vaccines and whatever else they're selling there. I find this unprofessional, because I never gave them my permission to use my phone number for marketing (or spam, as the case may be). I know that Walgreens company doesn't care about any of this stuff, or they would have made some changes long before now /when customers like me say something to them in person. But I thought I'd let other customers know what they're in for if they go to Walgreens Pharmacy.

Very slow service in the pharmacy, I came 3 times to pickup the medication and I have to wait over an hour in the line for the drive through, super relaxed

This location really needs to do better or completely replace their staff. I have put in several online orders, which are supposed to be filled within 30 minutes, yet it takes hours for me to receive a pickup email. Last week, I waited over an hour for my order to be filled, and eventually walked in the store only to find out that nobody had even started working on my order. It was close to closing and the store was empty, so I don't know why there was such a delay. I ended up just asking the clerk if I could run and grab the items myself. Also, good luck getting through to the pharmacy. I called this morning and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally got through and asked to speak to a pharmacist, I was told that it would be another ten minute wait. I just hung up and called another location. Lastly, the people who work checkout are unbelievably slow, and sometimes I've had to stand in lines with over ten people waiting. There are never any workers around in the store when you need help. It's just all bad at this location. I would advise trying the CVS on Foothill.

This pharmacy answers the phone tells you to hold and hangs up. You can't get information on when you're medicine is ready because they don't put your phone number down on the automated system. Upon arrival I was told the phone system has been down for months with a big smile as I am dying at the counter.

This is one of the better pharmacy in the area. It is super busy but I found the pharmacists to be efficient and all pleasant. When I needed an important prescription that was out of stock, the pharmacist recognized the urgency and called another Walgreens & transfer my prescription over for me. This was great service. There has been countless of times where I regretted using a different pharmacy.

Welcome to Walgreen's Mexico, where you might get served if and when we feel like it. Or not

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I have never in my life encountered such incompetence and utter lack of human decency. As a mom of a young child who is sick, I came here looking for some help regarding a prescription his pediatrician had written. The pharm tech was useless and tried to rush me along because there was another customer (who had been there all of 30seconds before the pharm tech and pharmacist started yelling). You people should not be allowed to work with other people.

Came to take a passport photo and they were SO EFFICIENT AND QUICK. I walked in with no appointment, flagged down the first employee (Josie) I saw, and she was able to help me within 5 minutes. They have a photo area via pull down screen/background and they take the photo with the nostalgic canon power shot point and shoot camera lol! They take the image and photoshop it so the crop/sizing is perfect and so that everything adheres to the guidelines. The employee was able to do everything within 10 minutes and I was basically in and out within 15 minutes! For $16, you get 2 prints of your passport photos.

If you need medicine or any kind of prescriptions go to any other pharmacy literally any other pharmacy and any other nearby city except for this one because it is not worth your time. The people here are completely rude slow and drag their asses whenever you need something. And they also waste time by asking every customer personal question and s*** that doesn't even matter to the actual purchase that's going on. Horrible customer service and horrible stuff
