Emily has good customer service! I came into the store to pay my direct TV bill and she offered me cellphone service, I am going to be saving money! I am glad I came into the store and she was able to help me out! She's so knowledgeable and helpful

Great customer service, I came into the store for a upgrade and the representative who helped me out Emily was super knowledgeable and helpful! She made sure I understood everything I was going to get billed and was super patient helping me Transfer all my information over! The best customer service is at this store!

Fraudulent! Added Unauthorized line to my account cost $150+/month! We came to this place to transfer eSIM for new iPhone, the store employee secretly added a new line to our family account without our authorization. We noticed this new number and extra $150+ charge on our bill a month later. We have been trying to remove the line and remedy the charges for weeks, still not able to. This store and att really screw us hardly! Don’t trust this store and be aware of att.

The worst customer service imaginable! I have purchased at least 10 iPhones and an iPad from this location... never again. I came in to upgraded to 2 new phones!!! there's 4 employees, 2 with customers and 2 on the phone.. possibly with clients, maybe. After sitting around for 15 minutes, no acknowledgment of my presence, no waitlist I could see, I asked if I was in the right place for customer service, they said yes. Ok.... 20 minutes later, staff walking around, they didn't look busy, I asked if there was an estimate on my wait.. they said about another 30 minutes. Stay away from this location, seriously. Find another place. I'll also consider changing service providers for this one.

Great customer service! I came into the store to try and get my information from my lost phone onto the new one& the representative Emily was super helpful she went above and beyond to help me! Thank you for the excellent customer service you guys provide here in this location!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE! Emily is super helpful I came into the store because I lost my phone and she helped me get set up with a brand new phone!! Not only that but she helped me save more money on my wireless bill and internet! Will definitely always come back to this store!
