Stayed for a night since i was on a road trip. Decided to stay because it was a decent price. As i set my stuff down i saw a roach pass the bed and when i went to the bathroom as i was washing my hands i saw another roach come out of the drain. Overall did not like the experience there, there was loud music on next to my room, there was roaches in the room itself.

So I had to cancel my reservation when I arrived, because there was no hot water in the entire hotel, so I don't have much to say.

Many problems with the rooms of details & having roaches & 1 full day cold water . I called the front desk , said they can’t do nothing , said ok but when I first checked in I paid $81 & second time $95 just make sure you read reviews before you check in and pay . You should try other places no matter if it’s $20 more but better . It’s not a quite place @ night & they wouldn’t knock for housekeeping keeping if you have pets and not give you no supply just got to say my experience. Have a bless day stay safe .

We liked how big and spacious the room was, we slept comfortably but woke up to a huge puddle of water. There was a leak in the ceiling that we didn’t notice upon arrival so our personal items like clothes, wallet, and bag got wet. The leak was big enough to get the table, floor, and a section of the bed wet. When we notified the front desk all they said was that they’d look into it.

I used to like it but that's when they used to let it sit at 11:00 now they want to let you in at 2:00. And when I call last they said no pets which motel 6 was known for being pet friendly. So I don't know if it's just this motel but I won't go there no more

I check in and no one was in the office, 15 min. later someone came and said I am sorry for the wait, Got to the room and it was fair, So we sleep the night but head lots of noise like people running around , Got up to used the shower and there was bugs on the shower wall so I just got out and check out and told them about the bugs, I had plan to stay two nights but was unhappy there. Price was high too, $320.00, They said they send me by e-mail and didn't get any notice about my refund on the second day I didn't stay. So I going to look at my credit card statement and look for my refund. rate One star,,,,,

This location has lower rates than other nearby locations, but I did not think bugs/cockroaches & spiders would be compensation for a cheaper rate. Thankfully the manager refunded me after giving me the option to move me to another room, or get refund & on a Friday evening.

Some guy named Omar called me 4 pm, while I was at the airport to say if I don't come by 7 pm they will cancel the booking. My flight was supposed to land at 9 and I had made this booking a week in advance. Omar was condescending and didn't provide manager name nor any other solution. I had to pay $200 more and go to a different hotel and different location as it was same day. This was a 5 night trip that, the least they could do is put the 7 pm cut off on their website so they don't leave people stranded.
