This charming souvenir shop is located inside the Monterey Bay Aquarium. They offer a great selection of stuffed animals. I picked up a hammerhead shark for my son, who absolutely loves them. I had my eye on a jellyfish plush too, but decided to save that for our next visit. If you’re a member, you get a nice discount, which is a great bonus! Beyond stuffed animals, the shop also carries a great variety of books, home decor, jewelry, clothing, and lots of other unique finds. I love supporting this shop, especially knowing it helps fund the incredible mission of the aquarium.

If you want a memory of Monterey, this is the place to get it. They have metalwork, glass, clothes, stuffed animals, woodwork, and more. All high quality, supporting the aquarium, and some items even support other causes. Look for the tags and the markers as they will give you a lot of information on where your money is going.

It's spectacular ! Must See Experience ! We were very lucky, as we were informed that the attendance was unusually low. It's not unusual for the aquarium to have 17,000 visitors a day. We visited on September 22nd (Tues) and it was ideal.

A definite must on any trip to Monterey. Little kids may have a difficult time after 2 hours. 3 to 4 hours is enough time for most adults.

Nice things but incredibly overpriced. There was a pen station where pen's had names inscribed on them and they were $10 each. It was nice because it supports the aquarium and they have cool stuff.
