Super friendly staff super easy returns exchanges my mom had purchased a jacket in the security tag wasn't removed when I went back in they took care of it for me without any issues of course it was the wrong size for me that's why I was bringing it back anyway and I exchanged it for some T-shirts which my mom really enjoyed seeing me wearing them the store is clean meet well organized staff is friendly returns are super easy even the Amazon returns are simple plus they even give you a percentage off when you go in there it's a deal no matter what you do when you're going to Kohl's make a calls oh plus the parking is open plenty of parking

I know it's not necessary to have a whole bunch of people working somewhere that doesn't have a lot of shoppers. But when it comes to finding someone that works there to ask for assistance or information, good luck.

Buyer beware. I over purchased gift cards which I did not use. Upon attempt to get refund, was denied cash. This is how I originally puchased the gift cards.. with cash.

Aside from it being very uncomfortable inside temperature wise, always a pleasant experience. Need more staff around to help.
