I did a pick-up at Target today, but the only downside with pick-ups is that there is a $1 change for a plastic bag. I always bring my own reusable bags or ask for recycled paper as an alternative, but there is no choice with pick-up orders.

I went into the store this afternoon looking for ink for my printer. After searching online, it showed that the Moorpark store had it in stock. I asked the woman in electronics if they had it. Sorry, I must have bothered her as she was playing on her phone. In a very condescending voice she said, "Everything is on the shelf, we don't have a secret room where we keep anything" Really, this was just asking about having anymore ink since it showed up on line. All she had to say was "Sorry, that's all we have." She started to say something else but I walked away. Terrible customer service!!

I found the products I wanted to purchase. The signage around the store helped me to find the products I wanted to purchase. The prices were very reasonable. The service was professional and efficient, warm and friendly. I enjoyed receiving the discounts as well as the savings I received by using my REDcard and by bringing in my own reusable bag. I was in and out of the store in very little time.

I literally drive a little out of way to shop here because I always think they have a better selection of items and the way the store is set up is very organized. But after today It left a bad taste in my mouth from my experience with staff over in the tech department. There was an overweight, white woman who was sitting on a chair behind the tech counter. I don't know her name, but she didn't greet me, didn't smile, kind of just looked at me in this way that made me feel really uncomfortable. I also had my three year old daughter with me, so it made it worse. I bought a new pair of apple air pods. Some other younger looking girl with brown hair was helping me and asked the woman who was sitting down if they had any in stock. The older woman said they did and asked if she wanted her to go get some from the back. She went to go grab a pair and came back. The entire time she was just staring at me, almost as if she was waiting for me to run off with the air pods, or kinda thought it was weird that me, being a young Latina woman was able to afford the air pods. I just got really weird vibes and it felt like she was looking down on me and that's a really shitty feeling. She seems like she was very poorly trained and doesn't know how to interact with customers. Or maybe I just wasn't her preferred type of costumer because I have brown skin. :) Either way, won't be coming back here for a while, so thanks!

There's usually what seems like many employees in the building at all times, however the current staffing must be short as they are no longer accepting phone calls to the store for stock checking purposes.In the age of Coronavirus I want my fingers to do the walking and I don't always trust the online system to tell you if something is actually there.
