I had two items to return to Amazon and because of the items I couldn't take it to Kohls where they just take the items and put it in their own bags and return it. Since this was my first time returning something to a UPS store, I thought it would be the same process. The clerk let me know that I had chosen customer packaging but said they would put the items together and process the return, which they didn't have to do since it was my error. They were very accommodating, great customer service.

Friendly greeting, knowledgeable and personable staff members who are super efficient. Michelle in particular has a great attitude and gave excellent customer service.

I would never support this store. The ups store in Newbury park always taped up my packages and they won’t do it here. Oh, but the lady tells me, we do for everyone but not for this. I was like, are you kidding me? That’s so rude! She goes no you misunderstood. I said no you stated it clearly. She goes well you have a big box. Yes, I do. I’m 8 months pregnant returning a gift from my registry and they pushed me away cause they wouldn’t tape my box cause it’s big. They told me I had to buy tape. I’m never supporting this store and this is the worst customer service ever! Both the guy and lady were rude.

I have been going to the UPS in Moorpark for a long time. Every time I go, the staff is always kind, caring, professional and so helpful. I would recommend this company to you.

Millie makes this UPS store a toxic place, not only for the workers but also customers. She obviously can’t handle the amount of customers that come here & it shows. She tried to rip me off by first telling me she would give me copies for 75 cents & then makes Melissa call me & tell me my copies were actually $1.99 each (I was needing 60 copies so this was a $70 price difference!). She was responsible for this entire situation & tried to gaslight me. I was not having it & disputed with her for over 5 minutes in a calm manner even though she accused me of yelling at her which is not true. She went as low as blaming Melissa & Sam for her mistake which is completely uncalled for. Owners, please let go of Millie, you don’t need people like her making your business look like a circus! She made you loose $70 today & took zero accountability for being dishonest. Melissa & Sam deserve a raise for having to deal with an unprofessional coworker like Millie!

The owner Baghel is fantastic. He is so helpful anytime I come into the store. He is amazing. Also, Millie is great too. She helped me a lot today. Give her a raise in Pay. I love this UPS store.The staff is always so kind and helpful.This is the second time I’ve brought in a valuable items to be packaged and shipped.It is so worth the extra cost to have professionals do the packing and it’s almost the same price of what I would spend buying my own bubble wrap.The first time I had them package and ship a 75 year old lamp that was extremely fragile. It arrived perfectly. The second time it was an entire table with 4 chairs. They arrived quicker than expected and the recipient commented on the excellent packaging job.I highly recommend this store.I’m so happy to have it nearby my home!

The most unfriendly, rude UPS store I’ve ever been too. I’ve come in multiple times to do simple things and the workers make you feel like you’re bothering them. I have never taken the time to write a review for a store, but this is so bad I had to say something. It takes nothing to be friendly to customers who are being friendly to you. Kindness goes a long way. I won’t be going back. I’ll drive to TO or Westlake next time.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and the customer service just keeps getting better. I’m giving a special shout out to Melissa for her excellent customer service. I’m always treated like a special guest when I need something, but Melissa always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

This Location, store#2530, 530 E Los Angeles Ave Suite #115, if I could put a letter grade on it, this store deserves an F- for customer service. I had paid for signs to be delivered to the Palisades, and I received an email notification stating the goods had been delivered on April 28th at 12:07pm. A week later I reached out to the recipient just to double check all was delivered, and the recipient stated that a delivery never came. So I called the Moorpark store location, and they said they left a voicemail to my phone number saying the address was incorrect. I checked (there was no voicemail). I drove over to the location, showed the delivery email confirmation, and the store clerk, could not be bothered. She rolled her eyes, and said , "you can either pay for us to deliver it again, or you can take the box."And if I paid another $100.00... then what? just to be told it can not be delivered, and be given another delivery confirmation, when it doesn't actually get delivered!!!. The right thing would have been to give the customer back the $100 if UPS can't deliver.The employees really need an attitude adjustment, and in dire need of better customer service training... Apparently, so I am told, another location in Encinitas/ San Diego is also another terrible customer service location. Shame on you, UPS.
