“My rim cracked and I was able to get in touch with Wheel Concepts through a recommendation for a quick welding since I needed to have a full size wheel urgently and was able to drop it off within 10 minutes. Something came up and were unable to fix the rim within a day so they looked for a replacement tire for my 17” to be able to drive it and they seriously rescued me.

Tyler helped me, was very friendly and was able to find me a solution right away. I’m very thankful and I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you”

Service is friendly and efficient, and all I have to say is if you get your tires from them, they take EXCELLENT care of you. I had a huge nail/screw that punctured my tire. I called Eddie up, and he told me to bring my car by, and I was in and out of there in no time.

“Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.

Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.

Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!

“I have been using America's Tire for my cars for many years in a few different cities that I have lived in and I recently moved to Los Angeles and was very disappointed that there wasn't one around. I had a big chunk missing in my tire and took it to the location in Thousand Oaks. I was greeted by Sebastian who was very polite. America's Tire has a great warrenty program and they replaced my tire for a small amount $ and I was out the door shortly afterwards. Michael signed me out and he was also very nice.
