came here for the first time to get mydogs nails trimmed. Groomers were excellent at handling my dog German shepherd mix who does not like to get her nails trimmed. they were super fast at trimming her nails.

The staff are so friendly, professional and patient. You can tell the level of experience they have in handling dogs of all sizes, ages and conditions by the reactions, dogs were actually pulling at their leashes to get inside- something I've never seen at any other groomers. They even have a self-service room where you can wash and dry your dogs without having to then clean your tub, unplug the dragon or vacuum up an extra dog's worth of hair. The owner and her daughter take their time with each pet, not rushing to fit in as many as possible, but ensuring every animal has the most stress-free, relaxing, spa-type experience. And the end results are fantastic! The dogs come out at the end of their pampering squeaky clean, soft as down and smelling so wonderful! It's no surprise that so many people have regular appointments and recommend the business so highly. I'll never take my dogs anywhere else!

Jamie did a great job on our dog. She took the time to learn exactly how we wanted the cut to look and did exactly as she said she would. Highly recommend.

I go to this place weekly to use their self service dog wash. I LOVE going here as they have the best selection of shampoos and their dryers are the best in town. Lots of towels to use and everyone is friendly! Bandit and I love it!!

Take my boy here for the self service tubs! Great high quality organic shampoos and I add on a blueberry facial. We also get all raw diet from here. My boy does well on turkey and xkaliber and it's much more affordable than other places I've gotten raw from.

They treat our pets like their own. When our two dogs (Corgi and Husky) leave the shop, they look absolutely amazing. We call it sending the dogs to the "spa".The owner is fantastic and friendly and over the years we have developed a friendship with not only her, but many of the staff here. It is our pet grooming place of choice as a result.Don't even get me started on how they fixed my husky after she had a fight with a skunk! We would have been lost without them.

The worst experience ever, the owner is super irresponsible and doesn’t actually care about animals . Her establishment almost blinded my dog and after paying over 400$ (not including 175$ I paid her ) to get him back to a slightly better state she had the audacity to offer me 80$ when it took me over a month and half to try and get an appointment so basically this place had great business but my dog who couldn’t eat for 3 days and didn’t open his eyes for 3 days and had to be on medicine and on a cone for 2 weeks was worth 80 $ I didn’t take her money because clearly she needs it more than I do.

Worst place to take your pet . Seriously I'm a very rare angry person but the owner of this place is really irresponsible . I asked if they have given my pet water and I was answered with a simple no, my dog was in their for 5 hours , seriously? The staff is is not unfriendly pretty much only the owner is the worst

Took my dog to this place thinking it was going to be a great option, and I can't express enough how unprofessional this place was. I normally don't go out of my way to write a review but I'm actually concerned for pets safety in this place. I took my dog in for a groom and I had to take him to the emergency room because something got into his eyes and he couldn't see for 2 weeks. I communicated that with the owner and they only offered $80. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I just picked up my dog and the cut was awful awful awful! Never using this place again! did not do anything we asked them to do. It was his first time but have had other puppies groomed with never a problem. waste of money for sure

Unacceptable.We sent our two dogs to this place for grooming around 11:00 am in the morning. We were told it was going to take around 4-5 hours to finish. Around 5:30 pm, we called them and they told us they haven't groomed our dogs yet and it would probably take another hour. Around 7:30 pm, we called them again and we were told the groomer didn't show up for the day and they were trying to find another groomer. At that point, we decided to just pick up our dogs back as they haven't had any meal since morning. In the end, even though they didn't groom our dogs, they still charged us the full amount ($75 per dog). They did give both of them a shower, but that's all. When the dogs came back, they were exhausted. They drank up a full tank of water so I guess they haven't had any water for the day.This is NOT acceptable. They knew the groomer didn't show up and they chose not to inform us; instead, they just kept lying and giving us false time estimations. Also, what does it mean by "we are trying to find another groomer" even after the usual business hour? Are they gonna grab a random person to do the job? I don't know. What they were trying to do was beyond my poor imagination.
