The Chellino Francis Group provided awesome service. We handed them the keys to the house and moved to different region of the state. They took care of everything, they even watered the outdoor plants and pulled some weeds. They made selling our house super easy.

We hired the Chellino Francis Group at Intero to sell our home after 20 years of residing in Holiday Lake Estates. We had known the Chellino and Francis families for many years and had become friends along the way. We hung out together at baseball tournaments of our sons or had their daughter over for swimming in our pool. At first, we questioned whether it was the right choice to hire close friends into a professional relationship where so much money was at stake. But we quickly realized that they are as professional as it gets. From our very first meeting, in which they introduced the process to us and helped us prepare for selling our home, to defining the asking price, creating a beautiful professional exposé, facilitating open houses and showings, reviewing and responding to offers and negotiating and closing the deal they excelled. They always went the extra-mile without hesitation and helped us master even the most difficult stumbling blocks. We ended up closing significantly above asking price. Even after the close of escrow when we moved to Germany, Teressa and Ralph didn’t stop providing outstanding services.
We highly recommend Teressa and Ralph for selling or buying a home in Holiday Lake Estates or in the entire South Bay.

The Chellino team sold our home in Morgan Hill recently. What a pleasure to work with! Everyone (Ralph, Christine, Teressa) was knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and attentive to detail. Each question was answered promptly. They helped us through every step with great contacts for doing repairs, painting, cleaning, packing, hauling. Ralph Chellino and his coworkers navigated us systematically through the maze of regulations that the sale of our house cnfronted us with. Our situation was complicated by the fact that we were in the process of closing on our next house located on the other coast. He correctly gaged market conditions when putting our property on the market en helped us immensely disposing of 20 years of clutter in and around the house. His knowledge and long experience proved invaluable to us.

Teressa is hands down the best realtor we've worked with! She is attentive, assertive, knowledgeable and extremely nice on top of being professional.
