Was not told the car wash was not working before purchase. The staff said there was no refund and asked to go to 76 on the other side of the high way.

Favorite car wash, they pre-scrub the outside before it goes thru the machine. Best deal, 10 washes for $60, so $6 each wash. Usually minimal wait time.

Attendant obviously does not care about his job or any form of customer service. He was having a personal conversation on his phone while I waited for 5 minutes for him to hit the start button. I don't expect much from a car wash but this is pathetic.
