Debbie is a fantastic realtor. I had seen her at open houses over the years and when I knew I was putting my house up for sale, I contacted her.
She went above and beyond. Not only did she bring numerous artifacts, pillows, and other materials to help stage my house with the furniture I had, but she also went over to the house almost every day to check on the house, water my plants, prep for showings while I was in a different state.
The house sold within two weeks, while other houses are still on the market in my neighborhood.
Debbie was able to get an offer that was more than the asking price
Debbie is phenomenal. She is thorough, dedicated and knows the market.

Debbie is a super star realtor. She has boundless energy, really knows her profession and is extremely easy to communicate with. She can simultaneously provide urgency and motivation while also reducing anxiety. I give her A+ when it comes to project management as well. There are a lot of due dates, deadlines, people to contact and moves to help orchestrate. Debbie helps to keep them all moving in unison. Debbie makes thing happen, on time and on budget while also being very nice and enthusiastic. She is a pleasure to work with.

My brother and I were so fortunate to have Debbie Adamo as our realtor! She did a truly fabulous job, and honestly, she over-exceeded our expectations in every single aspect. Our aging parent's needed to down-size and now require assisted living. So selling our childhood home, which needed extensive cosmetic work, was a big undertaking! Debbie was a lifesaver! She expertly handled everything from securing bids to overseeing every renovation detail, transforming the house into a gorgeous, turnkey property. WOW!!!! The experience we had with Debbie Adamo as our realtor was the best “bar-none” we could have expected.
Debbie is thorough, kind, communicative and really listened to what we were looking for and went the extra mile to assist us in finding the perfect home as well as sell our Townhouse. My husband and I felt the entire experience was seamless.
Debbie helped us stage our Townhouse and had all the inspections done that were required for a “move-in” ready home.
Post Open-House we were given a summary of how many people looked at the home, how much time they had spent at the home, and their level of interest. In addition, we also received a “Boost” report that told us how many clicks and views the home had received. Debbie held two open houses, and we received two offers and accepted the second offer.
I remember that during the process of looking at homes and making offers, some seemed a bit high for my comfort-zone; Debbie showed us a home that was $400K less than where we were looking and we decided to stay within the original “higher” window. Debbie consistently ensured we felt valued and engaged, regardless of any challenges or demands we may have presented.
In the process of working with Debbie, we not only found an outstanding realtor, but we made a friend for life!!!

Debbie is the best realtor - hands down. Ten years ago she helped us secure our home in a very hot market. And recently, Debbie sold our home in less than a week, with multiple offers all over asking. My husband and I worked with Debbie to buy our forever home. We just had a baby and needed more space. Debbie listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. When it came time to make an offer, she knew the right balance of giving a strong offer but also not overpaying. Where to even start! Debbie has from Day 1, invested in our family and what we were hoping to find in a home for our family. Debbie was such an amazing realtor, she followed through on EVERY step through the process. If you are a first time homebuyer or you are a novice in this area, Debbie is going to make all the moves to make the transaction follow through as smoothly as possible. We had worked with a couple other realtors, and no one showed the dedication and knowledge and expertise that Debbie gave to us and our desires for a home.
When consumed with the process of buying, Debbie is the calm force behind it all. We CANNOT recommend her enough to represent your home buying needs or selling needs. We will not need another realtor in the future, because we know Debbie will take care of us from start to finish with the best attitude and support we could ask for!
