Service Team for one seems understaffed and communication and follow up is always a challenge based on my one experience. Also, they mis diagnosed my vehicle AND quoted double for what their competitor in San Jose did. We had a great experience looking for our next car this past week. The sales person Matt Woods was very patient in answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between the various models. We will definitely be back to continue our car search.

The problem was solved. An employee made a (serious) mistake and didn't try to fix it. I was contacted by the service manager and the general manager whereupon we had conversations and fixed it. I'm still a Jeep guy! Yes, the rates are high but not out of line. Thanks David, you made it easy.
