Definitely a much better experience than the San Jose dealership. These guys get your vehicle in when they say, not days later, and are very thorough. Just all around great customer service experience. This is where I'll bring my Jeep from now on.

Liz my sales rep did a great job communicating with me and answering all my questions when asked. She shot two videos of the truck I purchased without me asking for them. I would highly recommend her.

My last experience was not the greatest. The first time the service techs were attentive and thorough. This time I felt rushed and my needs were not met. I addressed several issues and the tech acted like they were my problems to resolve. The first time I had my car serviced they were thorough, made recommendations and cleaned my car for me. This time it was like “ here’s your key “. I expected the same thing that I got the first time.

My wife’s Jeep overheated on the way down to Monterey and she was able to stop here to have it fixed. Riley took great care of her and the Jeep is doing amazing. Strongly recommend for great service with a smile.

I had a great first experience with the service department in Morgan Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM Riley help me from the beginning over the phone he's really calm and patient when I got there he was really friendly and super helpful I haven't taken my car to any mechanic besides the dealer and only to do oil changes they did a major tune-up on my car transmission fluid flush and filter spark plugs thermostat fluid flush brakes rotors and brake fluid replacement it did an excellent job my car is running like it's brand new I would definitely recommend them to family member or a friend!

Dennis, worked diligently to get the issue resolved, and he did. RAM has now taken over to close out the open item issue. MHCDJR, are very professional and I am looking to purchase my next truck from them.

The New Morgan Hill Jeep/Chrysler has been a wonderful experience for the most part. Riley has been the representative I’ve been working with and the customer service has been a wonderful experience with clear, direct, and friendly communication. I’ve been to several other Jeep locations in the South Bay/South County area and have had shady and sub par service and was excited to find a new location had opened in my home town of Morgan Hill when my Jeep started having issues. I give the cleanliness, professionalism, honest communication, and customer service 10/10. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is for the amount of time it is taking to fix the issue on my Jeep, as it is currently still at the shop for well over 1 month with engine issues. It seems to be more of a manufacturer and parts availability issue rather than a customer service issue.
