Jeffrey J. Alapar is amazing at doing his job! I am beyond satisfied with the high level quality of services that received today! I was not sure at first that I would be able to afford my policy so I was a bit worried. After talking to Jeffrey he was able to find the perfect policy for my personal situation. I was embarrassed to let him know about my situation but Jeffrey made me super comfortable to express myself. I will definitely recommend AAA INSURANCE to friends and family! I walked in, and was immediately greeted by a very nice employee who got me set up immediately for exactly what I needed. I knew going to AAA was going to be a good experience, but damn, it was 10x better . I was able to get in and out so quickly with exactly what I needed. 10/10 on every aspect !

AVOID!!! I have been a AAA client for homeowner's and auto-insurance since 2015. AAA has dropped our homeowner's insurance saying that our roof showed problems due to age and also that we had not reported a swimming pool. Both are false. I provided receipt showing the roof is 3 years old (still within a 20 yr warranty) and photos. We do not (and never had) a swimming pool. If you look on Google Maps, our house shows a clean roof and no swimming pool, but another house half a block away seems to fit their description. All of this could have been cleared with a visit to my home by an agent (we are less than 15 min away from that office), but they cannot admit a mistake. It sounds like they are just looking for reasons to drop people and will invent reasons for that, even if they are simply that, fabrications. If you can, go somewhere else for your insurance needs! UPDATE: Someone from corporate called me to say that even though the original reasons for dropping my policy where incorrect, they keep the decision to drop my policy because the pictures I sent of the roof "showed loose bricks and sloping". I'm not sure what they meant by that. I replaced the wooden blocks that held the pipes on the roof with a more stable holder from Amazon and I have a brick holding a palm size solar panel for backyard lights. To me it seems they were just looking for excuses to drop my policy. I had good experiences in this branch before, but I do not recommend using AAA for your insurance needs.

The AAA Branch of Mtn. View I would definitely give 5 stars. They are very helpful and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. However, the over the phone claims adjuster (not at the Mtn. View site/branch) was an entirely different story. I would give that experience 1 star. I was rear-ended at a red light and thought AAA would be so helpful. Dealing with the indifferent claims adjuster, who literally told me it was my responsibility to call the other insurance company and not his, has been a nightmare. I am still advocating for myself months later and have gotten no where. I am very disappointed in the over the phone claims adjuster and literally pray that I never get in (or like in this case, am the victim of) another car accident because I do not have it in me to yet again be my own car insurance advocate.

I came here for notary service, and I must say that Mary, a member of the AAA team, was truly exceptional. Her kindness, patience, and wealth of knowledge were remarkable. Mary was the first person to greet us upon our arrival, and throughout the process, she made us feel completely at ease, ensuring that we never felt rushed.

Went to renew DMV car registration, quick and easy, not a long wait. Much better than going to the DMV office.

For anything insurance or travel related I like going to this branch. Some DMV services are also available. They provide International Driver's Licenses for travel. I can even ask for a paper map. Service is nice and efficient.
