Went to store during business hours. There is a sign on the door that says “on lunch.” Even if someone called in sick, there should be an indication of when they will be back from lunch. I’ve seen three customers walk by and leave in 5 minutes.

Tony the manager is one of the best AT&T employees I’ve ever interacted with in my 15+ years of being a customer. He was able to handle an iPhone 11 Pro —> iPhone 14 Pro trade in for me, along with 3 accessories in a swift manner. All while helping THREE other customers simultaneously. Tony deserves a raise. Alex was the other employee who was also working / handling the busy crowd of people and he was professional and nice!

Naj helped me troubleshoot an issue with my AT&T account that 3 different people in AT&T customer support could not solve. He solved it super quickly, tested my phone and I was on my way. Appreciate his help!

Ask for Naj! I never thought that customer service could be relaxing before! As the only person on call, he calmly managed 3 people with ease. He explained the problems that he would work through in front of us. His expertise shown through, I believe he should be manager. The best part was when he made phone calls for customer service for us and grappled with wait times and such.

I came here at 7:50 pm (10 minutes before the store close) to ask for a replacement of a sim card. Joel helped me install and activate it on my old iPhone quickly and patiently. The best experience I had at any ATT!

Use this store , if you want to get secretively charged for unwanted services.I would rather give 0 stars for this store.I visited this store just before Christmas to activate a service for my kid's apple watch. The service representative (Najibullah) tried to convince me to change my internet plan to AT&T which I refused. I got my kid's watch activated and returned home.After some days, I received an AT&T mail says, I was enlisted in a plan for Apple Watch Protection Plan, which I didn't agreed to have. At the store the representative never even mentioned about protection plan. I can only consider that the plan is added without my consent, or even any mentions.This is NOT an customer experience expected for AT&T sized company, but a service expected when one deals with street sellers.I'm really disappointed with this AT&T store and representative.I used to have a appropriate experience at the other AT&T stores (usually bigger ones).
