Came in for a New Sim and screen protector for the new iPhone. Shipman was extremely helpful in getting the sim activated and also did a very good job with the screen guard installation. Would definitely recommend this location

My experience at this ATT location went beyond my no expectations lifestyle. As a photographer it is vital that to have the best phone camera quality. After learning about the iPhone 12 lowlights capability, my grandparents decided to bless me with an upgraded phone. Initially I was hesitant because of the cost but the new upgrade lowered my bill and they honored my grandparents military service to this great country. Overall a pleasant experience. I forgot the names of the two gentlemen who helped me. I really love the transparency and their ability to answer all my questions before I made any decisions. They had amazing patience when I had to return home for more information to complete the transaction. Thank you for providing me with stellar service. Your hard work, patience, grace, knowledge and good energy did not go unnoticed.

Great experience. Answered all our questions, did the transfer without a hitch , knew what she was doing , and had an amazing attitude.Unfortunately i cannot remember the name of the sales associate.. .Never had such great service at an att location.I would rate her higher than 5 stars .Please visit the att location in mountain View near Costco (rengstorff Ave)We need more sales associate s like her ?
