I’ve always had very positive experience here. The staff is very helpful, especially the manager Praneel. He’s able to help resolve any issues I’ve had. They offer total tech membership which is absolutely worth it if you’re in the market to upgrade electronics at home. Overall great customer service which is rare from retail stores these days.

Had a horrible experience with Best Buy - Purchased 4 piece kitchen appliance set and paid for installation. They did not deliver cooking range as promised on the deliver date and did not inform (just said it has been delayed when I checked). The installation guys came in and said that they do not have the right tools to dismantle and install so asked me to store all appliance in the garage and rebook an appointment. Pathetic ! No one in Best Buy was apologetic and treated this as a standard practice . I am thoroughly disappointed with Best Buy.

They start marking orders ready for pick up an hour or sooner before the store opens so when you show up you cannot go and get your order you may find yourself waiting outside for an hour or making a second trip. Marking the order ready for pick up sets the expectation that I should be able to pick up my order immediately and then leave. If I’m going to have to stand outside and wait for an hour this kind of defeats the purpose of having online ordering to begin with.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Absolutely horrible experience. Went in to see Geek Squad to repair my laptop. After waiting 30 minutes in line, an associate finally comes and tells everyone they need an appointment to be seen today. Everyone in line becomes furious. There are no signs or anything indicating that appointments must be made first. Pretty much everyone walked out. I stayed to ask if I can make an appointment since I drove all the way there. The associate said the next available appointment is 2 weeks from now! Fine, then I asked how long it would take to get my laptop back. They said an additional 1-2 weeks because they ship your item for $85 to their Kentucky location?! The associate suggested I take my laptop to Mobile Kangaroo, a repair shop that they highly recommend. I make the drive to this shop and they immediately noticed the Dell laptop in my hands and said “don’t tell me Best Buy sent you here… they always do this. We only work on Apple products!” At this point, I’m totally done with Best Buy. Horrible location, staff, and company. Other related issues like this have been going on for years.

They answer 'I don't know' to most questions. 'How to read the SD card', I don't know. 'How to know when my balance is due', I don't know. It's good to see the display and buy, but seems like the representatives do not know a lot about the phone (if not iPhone).

I bought an item from Best Buy online. It was shipped but never arrived. I contacted Best Buy and they issued a pick up at this location. The pick up was canceled, and I was told that the whole order is canceled, and if I want the item, then I’d have to purchase it again. I said the item was purchased at Thanksgiving with a discount, but the representative at the time cannot offer me the same discount.Then, I asked about the refund, the agent said the refund will go back to the original payment method. I said ok.A few weeks past, no refund was issued. I had to contact Best Buy about the refund status. The agent let me know it will be refund at the latest a month from the date that it was issued. I said ok.THEN, one month later from the date that it was supposed to be issued, I still don’t see the refund. I had to contact Best Buy again about the refund status. The agent let me know I will receive a confirmation email in 48-72 hours about the refund. I said okay.THEN!! I got an email about a credit being issued, which is store credit and not a refund to the original payment method.I am now contacting Best Buy again. I mean this is a nightmare. I feel this is such a waste for time for the money, but it is not right for Best Buy to practice business like this. I need to defend my rights.This really disgusts me. I’d be strongly reluctant to buy anything from Best Buy again.

Everything is so in place. The store is huge and might take some time to find what you are looking for but everything seems quite organised and the checkout process was extremely smooth.

Went here the day after Thanksgiving for an auto audio deck. Waited in line for 30 minutes at the Milpitas location only to find out they hardly had any auto audio goods in stock due to remodeling. All staff members was friendly and helpful at both locations. Police cruiser and security present for safety Definitely will return to this location. Thanks Best Buys !

Good store and had the router that I was looking for. A little pricey but that's not really Best Buy's fault. No long lines. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes! Pleasant staff here as well!!

Avoid Pacific Sales (Appliances) at all costs. I wanted to get some high-end appliances and could save a few bucks using the Best Buy credit card. What a mistake! The staff is very limited in their knowledge but that was alright because I already did the research. The staff put the wrong SKU in the order, but I caught it and corrected it before the order was placed. Mistakes happen. My order was backordered by 3 months, fine. 7 months go by and the range is still not delivered. I am told by the manager it is a COVID issue and probably stuck on a ship. However, I call Best Buy support and they say my order is sitting in a Best Buy warehouse. Pacific Sales, after many follow-ups says it was their mistake and the order will not deliver until 2023 because a little $200 converter (easy to find) is backordered. I spent $20k with Pacific Sales at Best Buy, and now am told by the Manager, if I want the stove delivered i should contact the delivery company directly and try ''building the rapport with them''. Just spend a little extra money and buy from a company that knows what they are doing.
