I've seen many negative reviews but my experience here was great! I came in with my girlfriend looking for a TV. Sudarshan greeted us at the door and quickly established a personal relationship with us. I did not go in with the mindset to buy any TV, but Sudarshan had great knowledge and showed me the difference between OLED and QHD. He wasn't pushy at all and I walked out with a 55inch Sony OLED. He deserves recognition, I would come back for that type of service any day!

bought a cpu aio for pickup but when i received it the box was badly damaged. i asked for an exchange because they had more in stock, saw them on the shelf and everything and the employee said they didn't have anymore in stock. Refused to exchange my item, and gave the worst attitude possible when confronted about it. I asked for a manager but apparently there wasn't one on the floor and was told to go back tomorrow. Immediately asked for a refund. Worst customer service ever. No longer trusting best buy after this purchase. Don't put your valuable assets at risk with these faulty components!

Went into this location to get some faulty RAM sticks exchanged that I purchased from another local best buy. For whatever reason, I was met with attitude & speculation. They made it seem like I was trying to return product purchased from another store even though the receipt and serial #'s matched. I was refused an exchange but given a refund & was told "be glad we're doing it for you this time, next time we won't." I tried following up with the manager who tried to brush it off as "miscommunication" and explain how some people try to scam the company. Even so, no one should be treated this way and made to feel like a criminal. Incredibly unprofessional

This Best Buy store is the worst I've ever experienced. I bought a PS5 game this morning, but it wouldn't load when I tried it at home. Despite my other games working fine, the store refused to refund or exchange the faulty game, citing its opened status. Despite showing them Best Buy's return policy, they wouldn't budge. Thankfully, after contacting Customer Service, I got a refund. Avoid this store at all costs!

Try to avoid this store. We called ahead to see if they had a particular item in stock. The store on Stevens Creek did not. When we called they told us they had several in Mr. View Arriving at the store we asked where we would find the item. The response was immediate: we don't carry that. When we told them that they do, we were then directed to the far end. Nobody there, but we saw someone walking by. Again we asked where we could find the item. He pointed us to the shelf where they had a similar item, but not the right one. He walked away. We stayed a few seconds longer and a young man asked if he could help us. His name was Omar, went to the back and came back with the right item. If it wasn't for Omar, we would have made the trip to that store for nothing. Thank you Omar, maybe you can teach some others about customer service.

I came in to pay my credit card and they refused to help me because I did not have a "California ID". I insisted I had my passport, all they need to do is literally look you up on the system and capture payment. They racially profile you based on appearance. They thought I didn't speak English because I kept stating I don't have a California ID.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Best Buy on El Camino Real in Mountain View, CA, primarily due to the manager, Patrick. Despite presenting clear evidence of a lifetime warranty and a valid receipt, Patrick refused to process an exchange for my item. His approach was inflexible, robotic, and by-the-book, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. His stringent adherence to "the rules" over common sense and customer service was appalling. I maintained professionalism throughout our interaction, but it was met with unwavering rigidity. I strongly advise against visiting this store if you value customer service. Their management clearly lacks the flexibility needed to resolve genuine customer concerns. AVOID THIS STORE to spare yourself the frustration I endured.

This is one of the less impressive Best Buy locations. I've been to this place several times, but I find it more worthwhile to drive an extra half-hour to visit a different Best Buy store rather than this one.

This is one of the best buys I've had the privilege to visit the people or the employees at the store are very knowledgeable they're not trying to sell you anything and if you're not sure what you want ask and they will guide you very professional world class customer service at this location
