This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to - truly unbelievable. The wait time is consistently over 30 minutes for a simple RX pick up, they have “lost” my prescriptions twice (?), and the staff is rude and unhelpful. I’ve tried coming here on more than 5 occasions, and each time is worse than the last. Please spare yourself and choose a different CVS.

Came here today to get my Covid booster. Sung checked me in and gave me my shot. I barely felt the shot. Sung was very friendly and quick. I wish all of my CVS experiences were as pleasant.

Walked in to have a flu shot. There was a line but was ok. However they told me it’s by appt only. While on your website you said both walk-in and appt are ok. And there is no any sign inform people before they wait in the line. And, there is no line for the vaccine! Stop waiting people’s time and put the correct information on your website and in store!

I had a prescription filled here for a 90 day supply @ 8 pills per week (90 * 8/7 ~= 103 pills). I arrived at 7:45 to pick up the pills, and there were only 60. I pointed out the error, they took the pills back and said they'd reissue it. I waited, and they closed up shop at 8pm, but I waited longer expecting the pharmacist to bring me my pills on her way out. Instead, she asks me "can I help you?". I inquired about my prescription. "You need to come back tomorrow. It is closing time now." They said absolutely nothing about being unable to correct their error while I waited, even as they saw me standing around. Was I unreasonable to expect that they would correct their error on the spot, instead of declaring that I'd need to waste an additional 30 min to return the next day?

I had a very positive experience recently. A gentleman who worked there…maybe manager…responded immediately to help me find two things I was looking for. Very helpful.

Went there to take passport photo on 8/7/23. The cashier who was supposed to do the photo was very impatient and rude.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. The lady I spoke with claimed to be the manager and stated there was no one to escalate her behavior to. CVS loses a loyal customer.

Their passport photo hours do not coincide with the regular store hours, their website is falsely advertising. Do not go here.

Nice store, it took a while to get my insurance in order, and they are overly suspicious when you get controlled substances of pain. Otherwise an ok. store.

Dreadful service in pharmacy. Absolutely dreadful. They never answer the phone. The phone's automation constantly announces that phone calls are waiting, yet nobody answers the phone. We were told that medication would be ready in 10 minutes and that we would be called. No one called. We waited more than 45 minutes. That CVS drugstore should be shut down.

Pharmacy needs work. Wait too long and inconsistent wait times. Told prescription would be filled in 10-15 minutes by pharmacist, came back in 20 and was told another 10-15 by cashier. I asked Cashier in pharmacy to check with pharmacist filling prescription as pharmacist told me she would expedite it but cashier just checked the computer and said the pharmacist forgot to process it. I asked could she check with the pharmacist as the pharmacist had assured me it would be ready and didn't seem likely to overcommit as I had indicated I was willing to come back later in the day if it couldn't be filled right away. Had the cashier opened her mouth and COMMUNICATED human to human to the pharmacist the customer experience would have been much better. 30 seconds later upon walking to front of store to leave - I hear my name called - prescription is ready. Back in line again. Do they tell you 10-15 minutes on purpose so you walk around and buy things?

CBS pharmacy on EL Monte in Mountain View is horrible. The pharmacist is always late. Not just once in a while but all the time. Sometimes they never show up for hours.

They had me wait for 4 days for a very urgent medication since they misunderstood it. Also I always wait very long time for pick up. The shelves are not organized and I never find what I’m looking for.
