It's a great store but staff take lunch breaks at random times of the day and close up the store. Fine, but PLEASE think about taking them at consistent times? I've turned up at 4pm... 5pm... 6pm... On different days, and closed, every time. Today, the sign on the door said 'back at 4pm', then was changed to 'back at 4:10pm', then changed to 'back at 5pm'. ?

This store always has good music and pleasant people working. Their cards are so cute and cover so many different types of occasions. Recently went in to purchase some gifts for a friends birthday and we left with everything we needed, minus the wrapping paper. We purchased the card, a tote bag, a magnet, few wine forward gifts and some of those cute little mimosa flavor cubes! As far as value: it's kind of all over the place. Some things are priced high and some are less than expected. But overall a good spot to browse around for yourself, your loved ones or any the people in your life who also love cute things!

Therapy is my favorite spot to get a gift for anyone! They have the best items to choose from. Their employees are always so helpful and make your shopping experience fun and easy. I highly recommend checking out Therapy! It’s one of my fav stores in the bay!

there are things here for tourists or locals. they have gag gifts or meme type gifts as well some apparel and books and random collection of items. an interesting store where you can walk around to find an item that "speaks" to you or describes someone you know.... you can find a passive aggressive gift here for that office mate. the store employees are kind and nice. there was a customer who accidentally dropped an item and the employee was very kind about the situation.

It's a cool store right off Castro street in Mountain View. It has several items, mainly women clothing, coffee cups and lots of other stuff. I found the cups and the cloths to be higher quality than in most other stores. If you are looking for better quality stuff then come to Therapy Stores.

Super cute store! I haven't been in Therapy in a long time but was reminded a few weeks ago how fun their items are. I stopped in with my better half and purchased our daughter a hydro flask. They have such a fun selection of easily gift-able items! I don't recall the location in Campbell having too much clothes (it's been years) but this Mountain View location has a lot of comfortable and affordable wear! Staff was also incredibly diligent and helpful when we visited. Will probably pop in to get a few gifts for this coming holiday.

Do not trust this store's hours, because they do not abide by them at all. I used to love shopping here for cards and gifts, despite it being somewhat overpriced. I justified that by finding cute items and supporting a local business. However, today marks the third time in the last few months that I've stopped by, mid-day and during regular business hours (that are posted on Yelp AND on the store's doors), and found that they're randomly closed. No explanation, just locked doors and a "closed" sign. It's incredibly frustrating, as I'm usually rushing here last minute to pick up a card or small gift before meeting with a friend for a special occasion. I know, my bad for procrastinating! I feel you should be able to rely on a store's listed hours of operation, though. Once I can understand (perhaps an emergency), twice could be bad luck, but this happening a third time leads me to believe that the store simply doesn't care about its customers. Sadly, I will not come back here and support this business. (Which is a shame, because it's clear many of the businesses on Castro St. could use support these days...)
