Paul was very attentive over the phone. Ordered a refill via automation. Then spoke to this pharmacist about having it ready earlier than automated schedule, questions about insurance and picking it up at a different location. He made reaching out to the other Walmart Pharmacy easy. The result was being able to pick it up at a different location, discounted and during an optimal time.

The people at this pharmacy are SO NICE and really go above and beyond. I haven't seen such genuinely nice and helpful customer service in a long time. It's so refreshing, and I'm so grateful!

My wife and I made appointments for me to get the flue shot and my wife to get the flue shot and second booster Covid shot. We showed up early and met Mildred who set us up and politely answered our questions and turned us over to Ellen who administered the shots. She was very pleasant and efficient and explained the shots. We were in and out in a jiffy and aside from the shots actually enjoyed the experienceThank you.

Dony trust what they say over the phone.My doctor put a prescription into Walmart pharmacy. The pharmacy called me for the first time yesterday and told me I had to pick it up by closing time today or it would be put back in to stock. I arrived today at 4:40 PM but they said they already put it back into stock. It's very annoying to do what they said and still not get my prescription.

Poor customer service. They are rude (ignore customer presence)and seem to loathe their jobs because if you ask a question about your meds they seem to not know what you're asking or talking about. I doubt I'll go back...

Wasn't sure if I should do a review seeing how I only dealt with them when getting the COVID vaccine and it may not be a fair review of the pharmacy itself. However, I did work with one pharmacy technician and saw three pharmacists in action (one of which gave me my shot)- I think I saw enough to know how exceptional the staff is. Also, I figure someone might be curious about what to expect especially since it's one of the few places I found that provided the Pfizer vaccine I'm hoping this review might provide some insight in that area as well. Although the vaccination site is visible when you walk into the store, you're required to check into the pharmacy first. The lines at the pharmacy and the vaccine site were ridiculously long, but we were able to check in and get our shot within an hour. The pharmacy worked very fast to get everyone's information processed. There were three pharmacy technicians and one pharmacist working in the pharmacy to get through their regular patients and those checking in for the vaccine. There were three pharmacists at the vaccination site and plenty of chairs provided to wait 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine. The pharmacists giving the shot were very nice, quick and informative when answering questions. They made sure to repeat the information regarding our second dose that the pharmacy technician had gone over. Everyone was very thorough. I definitely had a bit of anxiety going into the pharmacy not knowing what to expect or how long it would take but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the process flow.

Just tried to pick up prescription from curbside delivery at the Showers Drive Mountain View store shortly after 1 pm. Prescription ordered was supposed to have been ready after 1 pm, 2 days ago. Sign on Walmart exterior wall states pharmacy open for curbside pickup today 11-4. Store website states pharmacy open until 5 today. Called phone # on exterior sign ("call this number - we'll be right out"), got message that the party I had called is not accepting calls. Called store's phone # and a store mgr kindly went back to the pharmacy, discovered (to his surprise) pharmacy closed and that he could find no one there. He said another employee said pharmacy staff might have left for lunch.Why are the actual pharmacy hours for pickup not posted, either on the signs at the pickup location or on the pharmacy website? Why is an actual working # for curbside pickup not posted? Why is there no # posted where a customer can leave a message at least and get a response from the pharmacist? Most important, why is Walmart misleading pharmacy customers about service available during the pandemic?

I have decided to share my experience after visiting this Branch I feel that the customer service and lack of employees which I think that has an effect on the customer service s. In general I have seen better branches of Walmart pharmacy.

The two Stars is for an associate named Olive. She took 15 minutes to correct a mistake that the cashier made. Just to refund me for two identical items (4pk Starbucks Double Shot). I already knew she had ill feelings because while my daughter was trying on some shirts in the dressing room her coworker used a master key to open the dressing room door that my daughter was in. Yes I SNAPPED because she should have knocked. Had she done so she would have know that the room was occupied. She just blew it off like it was ok. Mind you these are UNISEX dressing rooms. What if you had walked in on a MALE customer. I didn't get her name because she wouldn't turn her name badge over. I did take her picture. If you ever visit this location BEWARE they have a peeping tom working the dressing room. See photo!!!

Not very professional, and staff don’t seem well-trained. I’m trying to pay with a gift card and I’ve literally been waiting for 15 minutes. Edit: they couldn’t accept the gift card. One star.
