Hello I am a student from avatar elementary school. This is one of the worst schools I have ever gone to in my life except for my teacher the rest of the staff there are incredibly rude. Do not listen and call you liars. not so long ago, somebody got in a fight with me and I told Miss techno everything that I knew that happened and she told me I was lying and she made me apologize to the person that started the whole fight and also not so long ago we had another issue that I went to the cafeteria and got food without permission because I was about to throw up and the only thing that they give you there is an apple or a fruit, but for my stomach isn't enough so I had to take something before I threw up but then I got caught Miss. techno, was screaming at me and I tried to explain to her that I was about to throw up but she kept on screaming at me and trying to make me feel bad by saying that I was stealing from kids mouth, so I do not recommend you to bring any kid to the school, and I hope Miss techno gets fired

ASSAULT ON SCHOOL GROUNDS ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL COVERS IT UP AND THE PRINCIPAL WONT TALK TO ME!Please be warned if your kids attend this school. I have continuously reported staff for abuse against my child. The principal Mrs. Walker will not allow me to speak with the staff members who have physically harmed my child as I would definitely cause them harm. New story, my son was assaulted at the school on their last day before winter break, it was reported, and somehow got around to me. I called the school and requested information as I was at work and my husband out of town. I received a call back from the assistant principal, who said that my son and I were lying. When I asked why he had a long scratch on his face, the assistant principal said she had didn't know what I was talking about and asked how I knew this information. I told her my son had a big red cut along the side of his face and was bleeding, which is why he was sent to the nurses office. She said she didn't see anything, then said it could've happened elsewhere. All in all, I got no answers. I will continue to push this forward and hopefully the district finally listens.I have photos and emails of the reports as I always keep receipts.

My grandchild goes to this school; I'm just writing this as a "FYI" the office staff is not the nicest group of people. Maybe on the few occasions that I dealt with them they were having "bad days", maybe they are a bit judgmental on what type of people they will be courteous to but; that doesn't excuse rudeness. Be professional people! Dealing with the public that is part of your job. I am not an overly sensitive person, I've worked in a similar capacity as they do, so I understand how dealing with the public should and could be; please treat all people as you would like to be treated.Each time I walked in a good mood and walked out feeling disrespected. Love this school. Our kids have gone here for all of the elementary years. It's wonderful. Teachers show love and grace to our kids! The 5th grade team is incredible!!!!!

This school is terrible do not go to it. it doesn't even deserve a rating. by the way parents if your reading this This school its terrible and the staff are mean and all have bad breath... just what ever you do don't put your child in this school.

i am a former student at Avaxat I am now in middle school. I started Avaxat in 4th grade, when I first moved near the school, my experience at Avaxat was amazing and I didn't want it to end. the teachers were all amazing the staff was great and the principal Mr. C is the greatest principal ever. I miss Avaxat and all of my friends do too.
