I wanted to go in today but there are 2 vagrants with their stolen shopping cart full of stuff hanging out along the side of the bldg.
Talk about not giving the customer confidence in keeping you safe. Ill not go here.

If you can, you need to bank here. SFCU gives off a small bank feel. They are super friendly, their rates are amazing and there are so many perks that I can't list them all here. Do yourself and your family a favor and see if you can open an account!

Great costumer service. Joleen is the absolute best. She’s kind, caring and ready to help with all your needs. I came in stressed not knowing if I would be able to get approved for a loan but she made the whole process fast and easy!

Every single time I need assistance weather it is on the phone or in person, they are amazing! They are timely, kind, efficient, and really seem like they care. I went in today because there was something that happened with my car loan (turned out to be a simple mistake on my end) and within 15 minutes it was resolved. I believe I saw Kristen. She was warm and found the issue immediately. She also helped me out with some of the fees I unknowingly acquired due to my silly mistake and it was fixed in minutes. Thank you Kristen and all that work for this credit union! I feel very appreciated :)

PURE CROOKS, SCUM, SHADY! Better get your loan rate and amount on a printout. They will call you a week later and say a different rate/payment amount. Got approved for car loan at the rate/amount told to us. Went down, picked up the car and put it on insurance. A week alter, the dealership calls us saying the bank shows a different rate/amount. We call the bank and they give us the runaround....'oh sorry for miscommunication.' We tell them to review the camera footage exact date and time and listen to this lady and the rate she told us. They have yet to get back to us but we need to finalize papers again with dealership and waste our time. Pure scum, avoid at all costs. 9 yr customers and we are moving our money elsewhere!!!

I have been really struggling lately as I'm a substitute teacher and half to go 1/4 of the year without a steady income. The last time I was at this branch two weeks ago, I was treated with kindness by the man at the front desk and a young male teller whose name I forgot. I had recently had my account drained by an auto payment and had two wait at least a week for the money to filter back into my account. Anyway, the teller was very compassionate and said they had a program to help people who are struggling pay their bills. All I needed was $100 to pay for gas and he used that program to get me the money I needed. Almost three weeks go by and I'm still waiting on my first pay check to arrive. I have not been caught up on any of my bills because I have not had money since June. I cry often just thinking about how hard it is to scrape by. Anyway, two days ago my gas light comes on. I have $24 in my bank account, certainly not enough to pay for a tank in this economy. I talk to the teller at the front about how I was helped last time and he was very kind and asked me to wait for a teller. A different teller invites me to her desk, she is female and appears very clueless. After fumbling around for a few minutes she gets some woman from the back. This woman is a very fake, corporate drone type who tried to act like I was frauding the bank by asking for assistance again. She was very rude, telling me they didn't owe me anything and took back the overdraft fees on my account, which I knew because the teller I worked with last time told me. I felt offended by her attitude and her responses to my questions that seemed to mock me, and I tearfully explained that I literally needed money to drive to work until I got paid that weekend. She had no emotion on her face and told me to borrow money from my parents. I already felt humiliated walking in there and explaining how I have barely been affording to live for 3 months, but it was heartbreaking being treated so cruel.
