I came for a watch adjustment, cleaning and battery. Joe is so friendly and eager to help. He cleaned my jewelry including the stunning new setting for my diamond. He helped me find just the right setting and I couldn’t be happier with their service and quality.

I wish I could give a 10 star review for your business. You guys are so amazing. It absolutely floored me. I brought in at least five pieces of jewelry to be cleaned and checked. I expected like any normal jewelry restore that I would be billed for this. My son went to pick up my pieces and was greeted with lovely staff and no attitude about the fact that he didn’t have the receipt, but he knew my name. They did not let him pay a dime. He delivered the jewelry back to me and every piece was shined to perfection. When he told me there was no bill I couldn’t believe it. I had been to another store in Saint Helene where they charged me $75 to clean one piece!. Thank you creation jewelers you’ve got my business! Dr. Nancy Kaplan.

Staff here always so friendly and willing to help, solve problems, come up with solutions. Great place for repairs, service, accessories too. They are definitely interested in building long term relationships with clients. I love going in there. And a gorgeous selection of potential keepsakes, for sure.

I needed to adjust (up, unfortunately!) the size of my rose gold weddings bands. The jeweler matched the rose gold color perfectly and the rings are once again very confortable! Very nice job! It’s a beautiful jewelry boutique.
