This bank sucks! Customer service is poor! Recently went into my local branch in Anaheim Hills looking for a check register. Stood in line and waited only to have a male teller look me in the eye, look away and close his window and walk away. Earlier a new bank manager called me and asked how the bank could improve. Among other things, I told him closing at noon on Saturday was inconvenient. Chase is open until 3:00. Several weeks later I went to the bank on Saturday before noon and it was closed! They now close on Saturdays! There is a history of poor service, excessive fees, illegal bank practices and predatory lending. Why am I still there? Too many attachments to my checking account-pay check, deposits and bill pays. Otherwise I'd be outa there in a second!

This Wells Fargo has a third party writing tickets and placing them on vehicles. Not only do they have a stronghold on 20+ parking spots in downtown Napa, they are going out of their way to profit off the citizens of Napa.

To the nice people who work at Wells Fargo, please get a restroom for customers. If people are going to be waiting, they need somewhere to pee. I am 9 months pregnant, waiting forever, and the branch manager won't let me use the employee bathroom which I think is just gross. The bank teller tells me to sit and wait for the banker to be available. Thinking Im in a line for the banker they keep going around me and I finally ask and they say you have to have an appointment OR you can wait until I get back from lunch LOL. After I've wasted 30 minutes of my life sitting, waiting, needing to pee, again 9 months pregnant. Really really really low level of service.

This bank is useless to any of its customers. I had somebody fraudulently get into my account use my account for various things adding up to over $600. Shopping spree. They closed my card it took weeks to get a new card. Within a month the same people got into my account again and spent more money. Wells Fargo has yet to do anything about it !!!! I've gone to the two branches in Napa Ca . I've also called numerous times to the customer service my account is overdrawn!!! I'm overdue on my rent due to Wells Fargo , I have no gas in my car now I go into the bank and they tell me I need to make an appointment !! I called customer service and it rings and rings and nobody answers ... I hate Wells Fargo. I'm going to chase soon as they give me my money back at WFB My girlfriend banks with chase and has never had issues with identity theft. Steer clear of WFB. I'm still short over 600.00 and don't have two dimes to rub together right now. For two weeks I've had nothing but the run around Scott Weisel ...

So I go into Wells Fargo on Main & 2nd Street and I walk up to a lady who is sitting at a desk and not really doing anything but clicking on the computer and not doing much. There was a guy behind her doing the same and no customers with them. I tell the lady that I want to open a new personal account and she immediately says that they only do appointments and she said that she didn't have anything until Saturday. I asked her if she is one of the ones that opens accounts and she said yes. I asked her if since she didn't have any customers right now could she just open an account for me and she said no. I just walked out frustrated and remembered why I closed my account 20 years ago with them. They just don't care and seem to have no customer service training. I know it's Covid area but if they are okay to see customers on Saturday why couldn't they see them on Monday when they have time? Going to open a new account at a different bank.

If you’re looking for someone to cut you a break, a $10 Cashier Check break, during COVID, don’t come to this bank. The ‘sing-songy’ teller, only wanted to push me to an accounts rep to change my account, even though I’ve been a WF customer for 30+ years. She did it with a cheesy smile while she charged me the fee, ignoring everything I was saying, as if she was a Wells Fargo family member. Ciao to big banks!

How does a bank that's in the news every other week for fraudulent business practices still have customers? When your CEO has to come out an apologize every month, something is not right. You're doing more damage than good to your customers

I have consistently had good experiences with this bank over the years. My mother has been banking with them for over 30 years and I recently helped her with something (no fault on Wells Fargo's part) that only went as smoothly as it did because the manager Scott was willing to repeatedly go above and beyond what would have been an acceptable level of service. I would also like to give a nod to the security guard who is always very nice. This review is long overdue. I hope it makes it in and stays in. Wells Fargo in downtown Napa really showed up for us, and we sincerely appreciate it!
