Asking for small electric motor parts, they don't have anything. Asking for help (because obviously it's what they do), like maybe who else to call and he rushes me off the phone saying “I have another call I have to take bye.†I see five star reviews, but they must not be for customer service. These guys can do anything! Jose is the man! I needed a spa pump to be fixed. Repair guys came out. They don't make these pumps anymore, so they are talking about building a new pump with 2 pumps, I guess it's complicated. So I bring it in to Chick's and within 2 minutes, he replaced an outside motor thingie that didn't work anymore and he was just going to charge me for the part. Since this was a beast to get out, I asked what I could do to make sure everything works going forward. They did that service that I can't remember the name of and even spray painted the pump so it was all the same color. I wish they could help me with more stuff around my house. They are honest and trustworthy!

I had an old motor that needed a total rebuild. Chicks tried to help find a replacement but it turned out the best way was to rewind the whole thing. Dana did the work, he obviously knows his stuff. The job was done well and I'm totally satisfied. If I need electric motor service in the future I won't hesitate to call Chicks..
