There's nothing quick about Ferrell gas company, we are almost out and they will not fill our tank until well after the holidays , I guess we will have to call family and cancel Christmas!!! All you can talk to is an automated phone service. I even tried canceling the order to order less hoping that might speed up the delivery but they won't even let you do that!!!

New customer - had a fantastic first fill price (literally 36% lower than the closest competition), very pleasant talking with the local reps on the phone, and a prompt fill. Hoping to be able to report the same next summer when I refill.

Metal Mike was great, got right to it super informative. And we appreciated he wasn't demeaning in anyway but validated our concerns. Could of used a heads up call that he was enroute as they said at the office but all in all worked out great!

We have bought propane for our five gallon bottles for decades at Ferrellgas but now you are charging five dollars a gallon to customers who do not have propane service contracts with you. Obviously you want to discourage sales. Sorry to learn we small potatoes customers are not worth the effort at Ferrellgas.

I have lived in LWW for over 2 years and I have not had any problems with Ferrellgas so far. I like not having to worry about running low on propane at anytime. I thank you for your service.

I am handicapped and unable to do some things. Ferrellgas has made the getting propane reliably delivered worry, completely disappear. I am extremely grateful that I am associated with them.

Last year I used this awful propane company as a new customer and they installed a leak testing device on my regulator without permission and didn't remove it, the testing device wasn't installed properly so it leaked 20% of my propane out. They wouldn't come back to fix it, so I had to hire someone to repair it and they only offered like $50 in reimbursement for their shoddy work. Since I still had the credit, I figured I'd give them another try and left detailed instructions about removing their device after use so I call and place another order. After 3+ weeks I call and ask why I have no propane delivery yet and customer service was cranky and harsh and made me feel like it was my fault that they hadn't made the delivery yet. They did remove the device as requested, but overfilled one tank and underfilled the other and didn't bother to fill the two 5 gal. tanks at all. Safety issues here. Go elsewhere for your propane needs.

After a big storm they arrived to back up my driveway walk to my tank and leave. I can see in the snow you where at my house. Now am getting the run around that the driver never canceled the delivery, so he might come back. WHY WOULD HE SHOW UP TO LEAVE TO COME BACK?

Farrell gas has been the supplier of our propane for 2.5 years in Nevada City. To put it simply: IT HAS BEEN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!This is the 2nd year in a row that we’ve been stranded without propane in our home during a snowstorm. Our first year we made rookie mistakes, not filling before a big winter storm. But this year we anticipated and ordered/paid in advance to fill our propane tank well before the storm. It didn’t matter. FerrellGas automatically cancelled our delivery day-of (without notifying us) because they failed to process our credit card which was correctly setup auto pre-pay in their system. This was the week before the storm. They continued to delay and did not deliver to us before a storm which knocked out our power for 2 weeks. Now, it’s been 3+ weeks since we ordered and paid for our propane delivery and I finally received an automated message saying that my order has been skipped and cancelled. I’m at a loss. We don’t have gas in our home and they are now saying that my propane delivery will take up to 3 more weeks. Truly a nightmare! We will be switching gas companies as soon as we possibly can.

I feel like their showing up unannounced is bordering harassment at this point. We've asked them multiple times to not come on our property, but they continue to disregard our signs denying entry. Incredibly unprofessional attitude and basically demanding our business. We've only lived here for a few months and have heard the horror stories, so we have been shopping around. At this point, literally ANY OTHER propane company will be getting our business.

I am very new to the area just moved in less than a month ago and new to having propane. I figured I would order when the propane level was low. When I called to place an order the woman I spoke to said delivery dates are currently 10 days out, they can come tomorrow or up to 10 days. It has been several days and I now have no heat, despite rationing. I have no alternate source of heat. When I called again and asked if I could at least get an estimate on when they might come they said it will only be on the 10th day. They also do not provide expedited delivery to my area. Zero sympathy for mistakes.Update: I sent an email according to the response and have received no reply. Sent the email the same morning the response was posted, 2 days ago.
