I’ve been going here for about 5 years. Maria is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have. Same day or next day to finish my taxes so not much of a wait time to hear back. Maria is the best!

After a brief conversation with Maria last week, I got the impression that it may not be the right place to take care of my taxes this year. The impression I got seemed very condescending and the tone was somewhat snarky. I decided to review Yelp for any feedback and I'm so glad I did because the reviews I read seem to backup what I was intuitively already feeling. Thankfully I decided against going here. Peace!

Maria Montemayor, Thank you for making my point. I left a review precisely because of your unprofessionalism and snarkiness. All of which would have been avoided if you had merely answered the question and accepted responsibility or explained the situation. And you are making wild statements. I had nothing to do with these tax returns until problems arose much later. Whether someone else tried to do them in TurboTax (??) is irrelevant as you are the one who prepared the final return. This person was 85 years old when she brought these to you. Those of us with elderly relatives often find ourselves with the "hobby" of helping them with their finances. And making fun of my name? How childish.

Any questions I have,Maria is very knowledgeable and patient. She is just amazing and kind hearted. I just did my taxes again and I must say” never disappointed “; always a pleasure to do my taxes and looking forward for many more years to come. I highly recommend. We have used Maria for years over 20 years in fact. This year not sure what's going on I dropped our taxes off at the beginning of February granted our taxes this year was complicated. When I finely got them I questioned a few things she needed a few more days that was on 2/18/20 then nothing I called I emailed I texted thenI got mad. It's now March 24th and I need to find a new place. Not once did she even acknowledge that the Communication on her end was bad.

Maria is great! We have been going to her for our taxes for a while. She provides world class service! Helps us get the maximum refund and provides solutions to our tax problems! This tax season I had issues with gettin my PFL tax form. Her team called the department and resolved my problem and filed my taxes on time! I appreciate it so much! Thank you, Maria!

I've been coming here for a few years now & I'm always satisfied with the services! Maria and the rest of the staff are always so warm & welcoming, they even have a coffee bar with Starbucks and some pastries which is a nice touch!
