Theyre very reliable and do good work. They should probably move to a busier mall to pick up more traction since Newpark Mall is kindda dead as far as foot traffic is concern.

My wife's Seiko watch stopped working. Not knowing it is powered by solar battery, I took it to Charming Watches at Newpark Mall to change battery . The owner of the store is well knowledgeable and honest. She told us we should let it exposed under sun or light for a while. We can bring it back if it still did not work. After went back home, I checked the manual and confirmed what Charming Watches told us. The watch is working properly after leaving it under light for 10 minutes.

My wife took my quartz digital watch to Charming Watches to have the button battery replaced. The battery itself sells online for a few bucks each. I had this replacement service done many times in the past for well less than $10 labor and material. Charming Watches charged my wife $31! This is outrageous! My wife also took in a Garmin Vivofit 4 sports watch to have the battery replaced. The shop person told her the watch had no battery and had to be plugged in to recharge. I knew for a fact that this was not true. I highly question the knowledge and/or integrity of the shop person. In short, we will not go back to this place for business in future.

Went to get my GShock watch fixed and the battery changed. Came out to about $24 and was a very quick fix! I just waited around and the owner was done in around 10min. Small stand in the middle of the mall, in front of the Disney store. The entrance I usually use is the Macy's 1st floor entrance; enter and walk through the first floor to the mall and make a left and the stand will be right there. Definitely recommend!

Mr. Ming, the name of the watch repair shop owner is a genius! I heard of his good name and lightening speed of service on Google.. but did not really count on it nor taking it seriously until I decided to take a picture of him started to work on my watch and the moment he told me it's done with a new battery! I counted the time from the beginning to the end is 2 minutes! Isn't he a genius?

The man got talent. I had few watches to be repaired, he did it really fast. Couple of them I didn’t hope will be recovered but he made them work. Reasonable and very skilled
