Employees have attitude problems, and those at the registers are slower than ever. It is a dreary atmosphere in the store. 11/27/22 at 3pm: My wife wanted to purchase a designer handbag worth +$850 which was locked in a display case and she was waiting in line at the register. The lady at the register looks at me and I replied that we want to buy a handbag from the display. She replied very rudely, "There is a line here. Wait in the line" (although my wife was already in the line). Then, she continues with whatever she was doing and said out loud, "I don't know why he is staring at me". My wife heard that, and we left without buying anything. I'm sorry but there are a lot of people (from Pakistan and Indian) working there and have bad attitude. Some are helpful and some can ruin your shopping experience. There have been multiple times we go there and leave because of the same problem... zero stars...

A very good store with many options and departments inside. They do have multiple brands in clothes, apparels, kitchen, living room, utilities, fashion, beauty etc.Discount is actually confusing there. Different departments have different discounts and cash back offer so you would need to clarify first which one can be applied where.They have removed the carts so it’s painful to drag your stuff all over the store. It seems like a cost cutting to me however they mentioned that people have stolen the carts.

Macys has always been a staple inand around fall shopping.It's kinda blah blahs right now! You got to up your game foe them prices!!! The clothes are the same boring over priced things. Nothing cool, fresh, hip, or chic. Nothing stuck out & employees personslitys weredull or vacant. Turn up the music, make it fun! Covid put a big cloud over this mall when many stores went out of business. Traffic died down & People arnt sure what to think about the condos next door being built. They look very close to the mall, almost attached.So hopefully, it will help kick start some spending & help boost the moral & economy at the mall! Hopefully they will get more people coming through & things pick up! Shop your local mall!

i use to shop here and it always look like a tornado hit macy and blew everything up. but lately they been doing better keeping things cleaner. especially backstage i go there in the morning and it look a lot more organized than before

It's a bit messy in the kids and mens department. My wife asked to see a specific perfume and the an older lady working in the perfume department very rudely attempted to update a bunch of different perfumes and ignored our initial request. Even when i asked to smell the perfume my wife wanted she ignored us rudely and took us to a completely different area to smell some generic perfume. Disappointed in there customer service but it does have a lot of other great departments.

MAC counter barely had anything in stock, everything I liked they didn't have, it was so frustrating! The girl working there on Saturday afternoon was kind of nice but you can tell she didn't wanna be there. She just seemed irritated! You ask for a suggestion on something and her response was pretty much "whatever you like" instead of selling the product if that makes sense? Now off to the jewelry department...these workers seriously need a refresher on customer service! You are waiting by the counter and no one greets you its frustrating. They are just standing there having side conversations and when they do get to you they rush you. I probably wouldn't come back

Customer service by Susan is horrible. I was being watched by her the entire time while shopping in the back section very uncomfortable and rude. Checking out was worse she was extremely rude and annoyed to be helping me and didn't care to hide it.

Some staff nice, some staff not so much. Most fitting rooms were closed and had to go to a different floor to try stuff on making it less convenient to try on with kids and stroller. Clothing areas were extremely unorganized and areas which made everything look like it was marked down but wasn't. Tried to tell the difference but it seemed like another store where it has a hog pog of items with very little duplicate items. Macy's, you need to get your clothing areas back in line cause you are not looking good.

Hi I am a visitor from Amsterdam I visited Macys and I am very glad having been there amazing customer service by Ayesha in 2nd floor I cannot leave without praising her I give 10 stars to her. While waiting in line I was watching her, she deals with all customers so patiently and deals so perfectly Thanks Ayesha hope to see you again

reviewing SHISEIDO cosmetic counter at Macy*s, my services lady-Belinda who was very professional, friendly also very detailed, with all her knowledge of the Shiseido, helped finding replacement products for my 90 years old mom who's been Shiseido customers for over 50 years. finding right products for discontinue lines wasn't easy, otherwise I could done ordering online and take the discount prices vs drove 60 miles physically to the stores of Macy*s. Belinda done great of suggesting me the right products, yes 100% recommended Belinda & the Shiseido at Macy*s.

Horrible customer service. Two ladies working the same counter (2nd floor, next to the womens active wear section - I didn't get their names), wouldn't accept a return claiming it was used. One of the ladies even rudely "recommended" returning it to another Macys. We went to another counter, and Anissa did the same inspection of the never-worn product and let me return it without any problems. No questions or comments...and was even friendly! There's some hope in this Macys if you have more Anissa's.

I came on two different occasions to make returns and it is a headache at this store. I bought two of the same blazers from Macys.com in different sizes and when it arrived, the color did not look like the photo used on the website. I decided to return it in store instead of shipping it back. The associate that assisted me made some snide remarks when one of them wasn't even taken out of the plastic and inspecting the blazer as if I worn them. The tags are on, it's only been a couple days since receiving it in the mail. Visually it was brand new, there was no need to take an in-depth look, it was insulting. I bought a pair of boots that did not fit well and I decided to make a return at this location. The associate was processing the return and then asked me to swipe my Macys card. I told her that I don't carry the physical card because Macys offers 'Macys Pay' on the app that I have been able to use in store. She seemed confused with what I was trying to say and interrupted me when I was trying to understand why this time it was a problem when I did not have this issue prior. She had to look me up in their system with my ID and my SSN, making this return process more complicated. If this is the customer service at their returns and online pickup area, I can't imagine the sales floor and registers being any better.
