This location got simply horrible customer service, I went this location to pick up vehicles . I do have online reservations number too . I provided my usa drivers license, my insurance card , & my credit card . Guy name David told me he need my us passport to order to rent a car . Which is 2nd form of ID . Every place they take credit card or insurance card as 2nd from of ID . I ask I rented many times with Avis I never experienced this kind of issue. He to me this is their company new policy.Then I call customer service they told me same thing each location have their own policy. Never again. They simply don’t deserve my business. Boycott Avis . Great experience at Campus Dr. location. Such friendly staff and David and another gentleman could not have been nicer and I got a really fair rate for a clean new car. Highly recommend.

Called Avis to specifically switch my reservation from the airport to this location. Arrived to find out it wasn’t switched, so had to walk to the airport (20 min), and they wouldn’t even offer me a ride. Which maybe isn’t a big deal if you’re not in a hurry and don’t have stuff to carry.

We booked the reservation ahead of time this time to get the car we wanted for the price. Our flight on Saturday was delayed and so we didn’t get to the airport until 2 pm. We never received a call/text/email making aware the store was closing and we haven’t been by to get the rental. When we went to the rental the store said it closed at 1 pm. Then it said it was closed on Sunday. So we were not able to get back to the shop for car until 2 days later on Monday. When we got to the store the man told us he rented our car out to someone else already bc we missed our time because of our delayed flight. We asked if we could have our money back for those two days missed and he said the company would not give our money back. They gave our rental away when we had paid and made a reservation before hand and won’t give us any money back on the days we couldn’t use the car, because the store was CLOSED. The inability to be empathize with the situation that was out of our control was disappointing but to then capitalize on the situation and rent our car away to get two car rental fees for one car for the same week is disgusting. I would not recommend renting from this location.

That was a good place before they changed the owner/manager. Right now you should visit the place if you're okay to be discriminated (like it happened with me). I can't recommend this place until they change the owner again.

Picked up rental car from Avis for the first time as my employer has the corporate deal with them and I heard good reviews from my colleagues.We went to Campus Dr location and had great experience overall. The service was super quick and fast. David was great too.Note: At the time of pickup we noticed the gas tank was just at 1/4th capacity and we let David know about it. We were worried since he didn’t wrote anything on the billing receipt but at the time of return we told him about the discussion around this during the pickup and he was able to check his notes on the computer for the same.

Easiest rental car experience I’ve had. Was in and out in 5 mins and even got a complimentary upgrade. The people working there are friendly. Would recommend if you need a rental in the area.
