Wow...if I could give negative stars I would. The supposed "manager" was one of the most condescending snotty [b]itches I have encountered in my life. I'm so incredibly thankful I don't bank here. I can also understand why they have a revolving door of employees.

Too bad I can't give a Zero star. Horrible in every way. More interested in customer inconvenience than looking to resolve issues. Robotic and punitive, they look for ways to harm depositors and hide behind arcane rules which are inconsistently applied. I'll hold my nose and bank with B of A before putting another nickel in this third-world farce.
