This bank is great, I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Will definitely use this location again.

It's no wonder BofA has such a terrible rating, and it pains me to see such a decimation of a once great bank. Was simply trying to send money to a contact who happens to have an account at BofA. Should be simple, right? Uh, read on. Zelle is great for small $ amounts, but this payment exceeded the minimum. So I tried a wire transfer. But it seems you can no longer wire transfer from a BofA account to a BofA account... I don't care about the wire fee, they just wouldn't let me do it. Multiple calls to the "service center" went (you guessed it) unanswered, despite the "your call is important to us" drone. Tried setting up other simple ways to transfer, all of them were absurdly complicated, wasted my time, and ultimately impossible. Ok I won't go on (it got worse), but to finish, I'm moving my 45 year relationship to First Republic Bank, where they answer the phone.

I really appreciate the customer service here. Twice I've had issues with the ATM (once was user error) and immediately someone came out and solved the problem. I'm particularly grateful to the folks who helped me when I came barging into some poor guy's office after the ATM ate $1000 and my card. A lovely agent came out and got it all back for me.

Never go to this branch again! I went because it is the closest to me. One of their banker took care of me. She went super fast during the transaction and made a mistake before I can fully understand. I requested an investigation but the manager doesn't want to admit it was the banker's fault. I understand bankers are human as well and they do make mistakes, intentionally or not I don't know... But the problem here is they don't want to admit it. Avoid this branch because their banker will take away your money!

My first solid experience at a BOA location. If you’re looking for a Financial Advisor, 10/10 recommend Doris Cortes. The entire staff is phenomenal, and they went out of their way to help me achieve any of my financial goals.

Najib Haider took no corporate or personal responsibility for BoA mishandling our business account. Didn't even remember what gender the complaining customer is or did he intentionally get it wrong to show how little regard he has for customers?

Went to this BOA branch this morning. Everyone was so nice, professional and helpful, especially Joy. She was so nice and walked me through the process with ease. Due to the nature of the service I requested, the process took quite some time, and Joy went ahead to discuss with the Manager to let me leave first while she waits for further response. Overall, I had a great experience here.

The bank manager refused to help me because there was a freeze on my card that I had taken off but still wouldn't let me withdraw cash here bc it was an EDD card. She got in my face very closely and raised her voice. She was so rude and it really is a mystery how B of A stilk has account holders. They are garbage and they let their middle eastern staff discriminate against white women in unemployment during covid 19

This place is absolute trash. Everyone in there is lazy as hell. I literally spent 15 minutes watching every single loan officer scroll their phone while I waited in the lobby to speak to one of them to CASH A F***ing CHECK!!!! WORST customer service I've ever experienced. At one point one of the loan officers had the audacity to get up and go into the other loan officers space to shoot the sh*t. Will NEVER go back to that location again. I really hope they get shut down and they all lose their jobs. Might be a good idea to not hire a bunch of incompetent assholes to run your establishment Bank of America, ESPECIALLY in Newport Beach.

Artemisa is by far the best bank manager I have ever dealt with. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She goes out of her way to resolve any issue and makes it a great banking experience each and every time. It's an excellent branch and all the employees are courteous. Thank you Artemisa for everything you did and still do for our family and business banking needs!

I waited 10 minutes while an incompetent teller gave a customer wrong oversees currency and amount meant for another customer. Perhaps that error would not have happened had that teller paid attention and stop asking customer so many questions. Way overboard with interactions. Let it flow, stop forcing. Even after verifying identity with a CDL. So while I waited for this huge mistake to be corrected (thanks to customer catching it) I asked the manager if someone else could help me, I was on a lunch break. All she said was that “we will be with you in a momentâ€. Finally 5 minutes later Christina came out. She never said hello, I handed her a check and all she said was “so you want to cash thisâ€? Mind you I am a 50 yr old blond women. I said no that's not me on the check, the name was CLEARLY an Asian name first and last. Then it appeared she missed a digit on deposit slip, and honestly I was weary at this point. I asked her if she could double check it with what I provided, she never looked up she just tossed it into a box to her left and said “I didâ€. Then she quickly followed up with “have a nice dayâ€. I will NEVER return to this branch, as well.

They have one teller and very inefficient and rude. I went there because its close to me. I was waiting for 20 minutes for the teller to do one transaction before me. Finally i walked out. I would never go there again.
