By far the worst experience I have ever had at a bank. How does BofA keep employees like Parisa and Christian? Christian was so rude, sarcastic and useless. We have a non-profit organization and needed to add an officer and remove an officer...simple, right? Nancy, who was suppose to originally help us was not that at the branch that day. We were told to bring in a few documents to complete our request. We have been doing this for many years and Christian is now asking us for another document that we were unable to generate- we are a non-profit organization. He was unwilling to help us, rude, and patronizing. When Parisa saw this happening, she did nothing to intervene or offer some help. We will be sharing our feedback with corporate, but judging from all the other reviews here- it seems corporate doesn't care. WORST BRANCH EVER!!!

I guess I have lived long enough to have seen everything. I was issued a bank of America check by Del Mar Racing association in the sum of 28k. When I took this check to BANK OF AMERICA the branch manager named Parisa refused to cash this check saying that the amount was too large and that I don't have an account with bank of America. Once again this was a BANK OF AMERICA CHECK!!! I had all the proper identification and the entity who had written the check had more than sufficient funds to cover the amount. In what world do we live in that a bank won't cash its own check?This "bank manager" Parisa was not only clueless but rude. I would never have a Bank of America account. They are awful.

This bank/branch might as well be in a foreign country as to how poor their customer service is. I swore I thought I was in Miami all over again! This bank could be robbed and not even know it as they're all too busy doing their own thing behind their private windows and doors, for extended periods of time, clueless as to what's happening in the lobby! Dulce M. Pedroza was too busy chatting with her Manager Parisa Pazoki behind the teller window to realize I had been waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes without anyone noticing or caring, let alone checking me in for my appointment. She finally realized I was there. At 1:55pm, when she finally addressed me, I told her I had a 1:30pm appointment. Keep in mind she's yelling at me from her teller's window! She then tried to blame me that I didn't "check in" with them at the teller. AND she tried to tell me I had just walked in the door six minutes ago. HA! Go check your video camera girl! I promise you I've been here for 25 minutes and I wasn't there for the teller anyway! Then of course she tells me she can't help me the way the 800 number said a bank representative would be able to help me so she created a "case," made a copy of my driver license and marriage certificate, uploaded it and still my "case" was denied two days later because she didn't do it correctly. And this is all just to simply change my name...six letters to be updated! After 2.5 hours on the phone to all the 800 numbers along with the time and money thanks to let's go Brandon to get to the bank, my name still has not been changed. And not one 800 number representative nor manager can nor will help. Talk about THE most Fd up customer service I've EVER encountered! B of A can suck it! I even said fine then, I'll just close my account and all they could all do is just say, ok, no problem! Not even caring they were going to lose my business. I mean seriously, is this just a B of A thing? Or? Absolute In-san-ity!

As all of the others have said horrible service and disrespectful, this is why I moved everything over to schools first credit union. Night and day difference of service and they actually want you as a client.P.S. Parisa Pazoki is a horrible manager, She socializes why clients are around and has inaccurate information for clients at Bank of America.

We''ve banked here for many years. We recently received an email sayiing we needed to update info for our trust. We tried to do this through a phone conversation (which we were told we could do) but unfortunately they told us to make an appointment at a bank. Now we've done this and the rep at the bank stated "your trust was not structured correctly". We did this possibly 10+ years ago so the bank should have had all correct. Now both of us will have to come in to the bank again with our trust material and spend more time. Not something I really want to do.We do not utilize social media so we will not be contacting you through Twitter nor Facebook

Rude and dismissive when trying to deal with my mother's bank account after her death. Of all times to make something harder for the family and to provide poor service. How you do one thing is usually how you do most things. You might not expect compassion from a financial institution, maybe a little from a human employee, but I certainly expect accuracy and accountability. Information begrudgingly provided was incorrect/incomplete, which in the precise world of accounting means inaccurate.

This bank never answers their phone and has one or (if you're lucky) 2 tellers open during rush hour and they will consistently offer credit lines to people at the front while there are 7 people waiting in line. What happened to efficiency? And common sense? I'm not expecting the person at the front to be shorted on customer service, but if they want a line of credit, then I'm sure they can call and make an appt like I did. With 7 people in line, the 2nd teller will just leave indefinitely never to be seen again. Worst Bank of America

Bad branch with incompetent employees. I should have checked the reviews before I came here. Avoid this branch if you need to open an account, I opened an account and then there was a major mistake. Not to mention it took over an hour, almost two hours. Total waste of time, you are better off calling. I would give it one star, but it has ATMS.

I attempted to cash a check at this bank and they flat out refused to cash the check based on my skin color. Sad that in 2021 this is still a thing. The absolute refusal to do their job. The refusal to go over the necessary checklist to cash a check. Lying and saying they can't cash a check over 2500 threatening to call security because I want my check cashed. Then of course the crescendo of going to Bank of America down the street and cashing the check without an issue.

Poor service my mother was in a wheel chair had to wheel herself to a kiosk while I was in the restroom. They can inform u to go to the kiosk but have no inclination to actually help you!Not to mention I was originally helped right away only to have the women who actually checks people in to reach us after we had been sitting for 10mins.Not ones to be observant
