This was the most surreal car shopping/buying experience of my life. I didn't know customer service existed in any retail forum at this level. Tommy O'Rourke, my dream salesman and now-life coach, took my first, and hopefully not last, exotic car buying experience from personally gratifying to absolutely astounding all the while being careful to keep me informed of the steps involved, timing, paperwork, and dealership commitment to making sure this was the right car for me.

Dennis in the service department is the greatest. He is very professional and always ready to answer any questions that I asked concerning our Bentley. It has been a pleasure to have our vehicle serviced at Newport Bentley.

Dennis at Bentley service is incredible. He has taken great care of me and my Bentley for 16 years. Dennis makes visiting the service department a lovely experience. I haven't met the service people working on my car, but they always fix it right the first trip, which I appreciate.

The service was quick & easy through Scott. My Bentayga just had a factory recall. They knocked it out in half a day & washed it. I will always use Bentley Newport Beach in the future.

Went in this morning to inquire about purchasing a car. 3 salesmen there - not one took the time to say hello or good morning. Didn't even try to help. They were on their phones - no other customers. Poor service. They lost a sale - I'll go to Ogara Coach instead. At least be decent.

Bentley of Newport Beach provides excellent factory service on its premier line of automobiles. The online scheduling system is easy to use, even for those who are less tech savvy. Upon arrival you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm banter. The service concierge checks you in, and insures your needs are taken care of. Thanks for being as predictable as the brand.

Don't bring your car here. Brought my car here for 2 months while away. Scott the service manager literally did nothing to my car that needed repairs and was under warranty, when I tried to complain to his boss Teri, she said she did not have time to hear my complaint. Worst service I've ever received, i thought if I brought my car to the dealer there would be exceptional service. Instead it was a waste of 2 months with zero productivity. Do yourself a favor, don't bring your car here.

I have been happy in the past with Bentley NB but this time I was not thrilled. I set up an appointment so I’d have a loaner. I had to wait a few days. But on the day, the car was not available. Then my car was also not fixed because of a part delivery that did not arrive. If I had my loaner this would have been easy. Each day for 2 or 3 days, I was pushed into another day. In the end, I had to wait 5 days including a weekend before I got my car back.

I had been considering trading in my Bentley Continental GT for the Bentley Bentayga SUV. I had looked at a few different places, but never felt comfortable with the car choices or the sales rep. Since we are in the middle of COVID, most dealers were requiring an appointment and the expectation by the sales reps I had encountered before was "If you made an appointment, you had better buy!" Chris Comet at Bentley Newport Beach was the exact opposite.Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't push, but he did give what you could tell were his honest opinions - pro and con. I truly have never had a better experience buying a car, and I've bought quite a few over the years. Even the no haggle pricing from Auto Nation was a pleasure. I used to love the negotiation game, but now, I like the "here's the price - period" policy. I would truly recommend Chris Comet and Newport Beach Bentley to anyone who wants a professional, easy to talk to person who will just shoot straight with you! Thanks Chris!
