I was impressed with the way Dennis Codd kept me informed on rhe progress of my service. I was also impressed with the video of my car's status.I would have rated the service at 5 stars except for two things. I went to the Newport Beach facility only to find that the dealership had recently moved to temporary quarters in Costa Mesa. I should have been told this. Secondly, the prices for service are exorbitant!

Very professional work. I sent my car for an annual maintenance. They updated all necessary hardwares and softwares, and resolved all open recalls. They also cleaned the car thoroughly. The car looked like brand new when returned.

These people don’t know how to provide customer service! They gave me the rub around for months and refused to repair my car under warranty. Don’t go near this dealership if you value your time and money

Stay away! Horrible service! They will send their little lawyers if you’ll post any negative reviews about them instead of dealing with the customer and providing good service. I wonder how much money they are loosing with all this negative feedback. Probably not enough. They sold me a lemon and refused to take it back or fix it. DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE!

I can't believe the worst service ever, I own a Bentley and I need parts , I've been trying to call them one month and no one answer the phone , recording keeps coming back. Your cars are so expensive you should respect your customers and get back to them, I'm so disappointed I hope this text gets to your management and they do something to solve it. I also tried to call sales and same no reply. Tooooo saaaad.
